Porn was certainly harder to come by (so to speak) in the 60's. First, when I was 10, the neighborhood kids found a stash of nudist magazines. Not very erotic, but certainly interesting.

When I was in sixth grade, a friend showed me this little paperback he had called "Nippy Tippy." It had a few explicit black and white pictures of blow jobs, etc., but I found myself more turned on by the story itself.
