well about time don't you agree? its like online piracy. it takes any government ten, eleven years to put their foot down to protect the rights of pornographers, musicians (and their associated record companies), actors and actresses (and their associated production companies). yes, it is about money, but it is also about what is right.

can the moderators explain why this wasn't done about a year ago along with the pedo story ban? why the wait?

my personal feeling is that those depictions did disturb me a bit actually, and very rarely did i seek them out in the one or two threads they were in abundance in. one reason why there are young 3d depictions of minors is so the creators (likely pedophiles themselves) can wiggle through the hole in the law because they sure as hell would be had up for numerous law breakages if they were as clear as day real in the flesh and bone.

In response to some of the questions above. In this state in the good ol' USA, it has been ruled by the courts that if a picture LOOKS underage (regardless of the person's actual age), or is a cartoon drawing depicting an underage, and shown in a sexual manner, then it can be prosecuted as child pornography. Think they are kidding? We have men in prison that are believers. So I heartily support the cleaning up of the forum. Now if we can get the videos cleaned up also....

 

What about hentai where even the "adults" look young so the "younger" people look underage?

Right vs Wrong

I simply love posts like this because in under a year this will be the most discussed topic on this specific section of this thread. Why? Because every living being loves to believe they are being listened too. So let me clear things up, at least from my prospective, on this topic.

1. Yes, the people who are saying the moderators and owners of this site can decide what is acceptable and what isn't are completely right. However every person has a right to his/her own opinion, and the right to voice it. But let me ask you, what is going to go further, the well postulated and fully thought out response, or all the "fuck you you sick fucking pervs/dumbasses"'s. Remember you have the right to your opinion, but no right to hate.

2. The whole legality thing, leave it at the front door because it really means bullshit on the wonderful world wide web. Why do I say this? Well because people break the law, and the law is so different between so many countries. What do I mean? Well first, in the USA it is illegal to harass people. But over the net people will harass just to harass, these people are called flamers. And they are a curious bunch. Secondly, someone mentioned hentai, well in Japan they are still debating the rightfulness of underaged hentai, and quite a few people say it is alright. Sadly I bet the minute I wrote that a lot of you called them pedos in your minds, but honestly it is those people who are winning. And before you call them idiots I would like to remind you that most of the world calls Americans foolish, self-righteous morons. And they have been around longer. So stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

3. A lot of what is defined as right and wrong is actually more based off modern social standards, and religion. (Oh no I said religion, I shall now cause a war, get hated on, and banned for all eternity) Remember a hundred years ago it was socially acceptable for a 12 year old girl to marry a 40 year old man. And even 14 year old boys were able to marry and own land. They were never ridiculed, because back then it was normal. Actually most modern problems between parents and child is because we push the legal age of adulthood so far back. Trust me, some of your grandparents or great grandparents were married under the age of 18. Don't believe me? Ask them.

So yeah there ya have it. Just remember, once you start drawing lines on freedom, it is always hard to stop.
