    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Because of my loathing of gyms, I tend to work out at home. I don't have much by way of equipment - just a few weights, but they seem to do the trick. The mainstay of my fitness, though, is running. The roads and pavements are free, whereas gyms cost money.

    okay i am kinda on the same situation here , just missing the weights :) and i want to take this to new lvl and starting adding some muscles and get a lil bit bigger , so i was thinking of buying some dumbbells , idk if i can get any thing else since it might need space and be hard to move from the store to the apartment which i do not even own

    lol okay looking at ur photos , job well done bro :) u look amazing to be honest , hopefully u do no mind me asking for some info and help :)

    you can do a lot of things with dumbells! It´s also good because you need to stabilise your body while working out with dumbells, so its a good start!

    ya ik , but the thing is when i used to hit the gym i was using other things than dumbbells , like cables and benches and i cant afford those and in the same time i wanna work my whole body on weights except my abs coz genetics wont let me , i'll just get some 2nd hand used dumbbels (7.5 - 10 - 15 - 20) yep i lft small for now :)

    Oh, and DB's are nice but you can also effectively put on muscle just with a straight pullup bar, so you may not need to buy anything.

    White meat, not including pork, especially shrimp and shellfish, green veggies mostly spinach and broccoli. Your highest nutritionally beneficial foods are also going to be the dullest and most disgusting in flavor. Nit including fruits. Lots of apples, bananas, and berries. Oranges to keep you healthy. Don't forget to do pushups with a brick or fifty on your back. I like to load my combat vest with sandbags and run to warm up, do pushups, pullups, and situps, and body dips with it. Oh and lots and lots of swimming. You don't really feel the burn while your doing it, but its there. You feel it the most afterward. Martial arts help a lot to. I do tibetan saunga, muay thai, American kenpo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Filipino Kali. They help a lot and you learn a lot about discipline and how to maintain it.

    hum i have a pullup par , but i jsut use it for pull ups and that only works my back and my arms i guess


    wow , okay honestly nitration is my worst challenge , i try to eat healthy but the thing is idk how much to eat or what to eat , so i just eat whatever i think it is not that bad and i eat in minimum so this post i actually like , if u really wanna help me , give me all good carbs food u know :) , as for protein i go for fish , chicken breast and red meat , , and i try to reduce the fats in my food to 0 *do not know if that is good thing or not*

    i already do like 100 push ups , 120 bench biceps , around 8 mins of abs workouts , cardio 20mins , 32 pull ups *ofc chair help a some point* and some squats , and i practice udo , just not that much . btw dam u play alot of things :)

    my goals are to reduce my body fats from 12% to 7-6% , and gain 16-20 lbs of muscles depending on my body fat % :)
