Just for clarification: while you are right in saying anyone can have the fibers, blacks are far more likely to have them. And so suggesting that a squad of blacks may react more quickly, is no different than saying a team of black athletes will move more quickly than a team of asians.

 

Why does one only hear this muttering about "true intelligence," when we speak about human beings. If I suggest that a dolphin is more intelligent than a hamster, I never have anyone throw their arms up and say, "But can you define intelligence!?"

Perhaps you are right. Perhaps blacks have some secret intelligence that cannot be quantified. And what has this secret intelligence led to? Many of the most uncivilized civilizations in the world, an out of control taste for crime, and an inability to be educated on the whole. If that is a secret sort of intelligence, it is a secret I have no interest in learning.
