When I say I am hetero, I honestly don't see myself as kidding myself. I recognize that I have bisexual awareness and am not afraid to admit it. You are not hetero or straight you are bisexual at the very least. Tell yourself whatever you want to help you sleep at night but the truth is you are bisexual in some way. I picture sexuality more on a line them separate definite points. You don't have to be straight, bi, or gay. There are in betweens. Perhaps you are in between bi and straight - more like bi curious.

If you engange in sexual activities with a person of the same sex your bisexual! Forget any other caveats etc you want to put on it, be honest with yourself!

And not all women are fine with bisexuality either. Hetro, Bisexual, Homosexual are all individual comfort zones.

I am bisexual but I have never had a problem with another women not finding it appealling. Nor do I have any issue with gay women, and have enjoyed the company of some wondefrully gay women over the years.

I am not concerned about labels, but I find it interesting how rigidly some people feel bisexuality must be defined.

 

Some define "bisexual" as being capable of falling in love with either sex, not just having sex with someone of the same sex. By that definition, I am heterosexual. I have only fallen in love with women.

Others define "bisexual" as choosing to have sex with both the opposite sex and one's own sex. By that definition, I am bisexual. Most of my sexual experiences have been with women. But I have had lots of really good sex with men and hope to again many times in the future.

I'd say bisexual, but that covers a very wide range of desires in my book, there's not a defined line between hetero and gay that marks you as bisexual, some mystical point perfectly in the middle that is the domain of the bisexual. I view it as more of a great big grey area, some people may be more hetero orientated and some more gay orientated but if you desire sexual interaction with both sexes I would say that qualifies you as bisexual.

Just the way it works in my head, I'm also cool with the no labels thing but I do worry about people who deny bisexuality out of homophobic fear. Denying your true self out of fear is not healthy for the mind or soul.
