As far as the other issue is concerned, my point is simply that laws do not follow from moral principles. Disclaimer: IT'S JUST AN OPINION!!!!!! I do not believe in a fix moral. I think that the way we relate to the world varies with the historical period we live in, because of the philosophical, religious and economic boundary conditions. Laws adapt to such context and try to interpret people's safety need as best as they can.
Looking at it from the opposite perspective, one can say that it's not because one lacks in moral sense that he or she breaks laws; it's simply because that person wants something and does not care for society boundaries. But, afterall, this considerations do not belong to this thread. So I apologize to those who don't care about them...
