one more day of class til a week off for thanksgiving do you have any big plans for thanksgiving?

 

sleep...sleep...eat...and did i mention sleep? haha
just the same as always, dinner at my house with a few family friends, nothing big but always special.
im OCD when it coems to traditions so i freak out when things change so i can already predict it...wake up and turn on the parade (which has already happened cuz im in cali but whatever), then make the stuffing and stuff the turkey and pop it in the oven, watch the parade a bit, whine when the channel is changed to football, even though i don't care then finish up the cooking and make sure that desserts are in. im really excited if you cant tell thats why ive been ranting

nothing really, go to my parents house and have the family over like always, watch some football and eat until I regret it

Sorry.............When I was in school, we attended until the day before thanksgiving...............I didn't mean to confuse ya................I am so geddy for that day.................Oh yeah!

Been working a lot of over time and I am beat!

 

yeah i feel ya...school has been extra busy and its hard startin a new job.
but thanksgiving is my favorite holliday so im looking forward to it

im a cashier at a pizza place...the people are fun. its basically a bunch of 20 and 30 year old guys who never grew up. so its entertainin. but its so much different than my old job. we have to write down orders and the register is old. at my old job it was all electronic and kinda helped solve a lotta problems.

and i love thanksgiving because its family and friends coming together around a table full of food . noone has to worry about getting gifts or anything. its the only holiday that isnt exploited yet with cards and the stores havent gotten a hold of it. maybe the day after, but not thanksgiving. and plus i love to cook and im in charge of the day this year all of it, from appetizers, to the turkey, to desserts. mm mm

 

Is the Pizza good?

I enjoy cooking too...........The last Thanksgiving I started at 4:00 A.M. and basted religiously...........The turkey White meat was the wettest I have ever eaten..............But, it took forever to cook the bird due to me opening the oven so much..............hehe

 

oh yeah it's amazing pizza..which kinda sucks (we sell by the slice so i usually have at least one lol)

and we kinda start the night before, we make our stuffing from scratch (grandmas old receipie--i always butcher that word). we lay out all the bread on every surface in our kitchen what a great smell to wake up to.

wat time do you usually have dinner? i know people who have it at 3, but we usually start at 5 or 6
