    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    Well if you never cashed the check under contract law
    consideration was never accomplished so
    the lease is not in force....

    I am amazed the companies even bother to track down
    such minor owners because in most states once 60% of
    the minerals are under lease drilling can begin....


    I have several small checks a year come in from producing minerals.
    15 to 75 bucks each...bullshit in all reality but I will take it....

    beats the 1.5% increase in SS when the govt says we have 2.5% inflation...

    Most of the checks I recieved were about the same as yours. The last check before the lease ran out was the one for .10. I still own the mineral rights to the property but the lease has long expired...

    I am thankful for my family being safe and for us being together this Christmas. The past three years have been very difficult for all of us, but we've been able to get together each Christmas and laugh and love. For that I am thankful.

    Like I said at the start of this thread, I didn't want it to be a religious one and there have been some nice comments. As a survivor of cancer, you look at life differently. Every day, every single day, you wake up with a smile, thankful to be alive. It is a true eyeopener and tomorrow is my birthday and I am so thankful that I am able to see that, with family, friends and all my online buddies.

    Also, I am thankful for Audi for calling me to tell me that my new car WILL be delivered on my Birthday too!

    FUCKING GET IN!!!!! YAY!!!

    thankful that my illnesses are under control. That my wife could put up with me for another year. I'm still alive. This is a non-religious thread. I still have a few friends that haven't kicked the bucket. It SNOWED, and the ground will stay snow covered until March or if we are lucky April, That way I don't have to do the gardening with my wife. Grew up (at least partly in Alabama) had have hated working with crops ever since.

    Have a happy Saturnalia everyone.

    Thankful that someone asked this question. See I'm easy to please.
