I know this post is old but to clear this up or tell me the answer. In America you can buy a hentai called Harumi's Bad Day in any store that sells hentai which is lolicon and other loli movies. Now why can I buy this if it's illegal?

 

Sorry to bring this up, but it concerns the rape scene with Dakota Fanning.

I looked it up on Wikipedia and her filmography, and it said that she is starring in a short film called 'Cutlass' that is going to eb released online. It is possible that is the movie the other member made reference to. Indie films do not have to abide by the rules of Hollywood, and can express whatever they desire as long as it is art. I was watching a clip from IFC going on about Indie Sex vs. Hollywood Sex. Indie films portray a story with real emotion, with a real plot. Hollywood tries to be this risque, naughtiful thing, but fails miserably in doing so.

In any instance, I thought I read somewhere that is perfectly legal if the characters in the drawings/pictures were portrayed as eighteen. But then there is the fact that it is just drawings, and it doesn't really matter.

 

Why don't people argue this much when someone asks for Lisa from the Simpsons?

 

The TT have been a long favourite of mine. Even though I love Lisa Simpson and all, I don't see her as sexually as I do the female characters on this show. They are drawn more provocatively.
