I'm pretty sure you can't get ghonerea except through sexual contact. I'm pretty sure you can still get it from getting head though. But I thought ghonerea made it sting when you piss

 

I'm pretty sure you can only get it through sexual contact, which I've never had. Also I think the fluid from the penis when you have gonoreeah can come out when you're not erect, but mine comes out when it is. Maybe it's just different colored semen.

 

Anything that can be passed through sex can also be passed through blood. Well, it could nothing. Sperm is actually yellowish in color whereas the seminal fluid is white. It might be you just have a high sperm count. Also, sometimes it's just temporary due to diet and age and nothing to worry about.

On the bad side, could be a sign of a prostate infection.

 

Are you saying it comes out during masturbation, or are you refering to your ejaculatory fluid.

Added info: Occassionally a man may have pink ejaculate, it is called something starting with sperm.... found it in a medical book when I had it once. The book says nothing to worry about, a normal sometime thing,and usually goes away by itself, caused by blood getting into the fluid somewhere in this weird complicated male plumbing system.
