A LOT of experimentation. Every woman's different. That's like going on a forum and asking what size dress you should buy her. There's no way for us to know.

Your best bet is to just keep trying different things. And keep in mind that it's not uncommon for women to be unable to have orgasms early in their "sexual career". It's not necessarily a reflection on you. I read in a thread on here...somewhere....that many woman aren't capable of having an orgasm until around 25/27 years old.

I would suggest having her masturbate. As soon as my ex started masturbating she started telling me what she liked more and more till eventually i went from not giving her an orgasm during sex to making her orgasm at least twice. She has to know herself and communicate that to you in certain ways.

Yes u can experiment but experimentation is pretty much you refining the way u touch her body but she has to tell u how she likes to be touched.

I learned that its not just about licking or rubbing the clit or sticking ur fingers inside of her and moving them in and out. There are certain movements you should follow, a certain pressure u should apply and a certain rhythm u need to follow.

Yes, scientists are FINALLY directing their studies on women and their fulfillment. Gosh, it took all of a hundred years to finally realize that women have a PART in this . . .(roll my eyes).

1. Some women must MATURE (physically - sp?) into the ability to orgasm. The neuro-pathways to orgasm (spine to brain) may not be entirely connected until the age of 25 or so for women.

2. That the experience of "child-birth" alters the woman physically (and maybe psychologically/spiritually) in a way that HELPS them have more orgasms easily (after child birth) . . . can you believe that?

3. For women, orgasm is a LEARNED behavior (both physically and psychologically). So basically, the first orgasm is the hardest. But after the first and with alot of practice (inducing more and more orgasms) it gets easier and easier for your body to produce orgasms in many different positions and ways. [This is what "I" personally experienced.]

4. That women that practice (masturbate) have less problems with orgasming with a partner. And women that explore and KNOW their body, have less trouble being pleased by their partners.

Once scientist is even conducting a study (right now) on orgasm, sexual satisfaction as the cause to men and women looking younger than their natural age. Hmmmm.

ALL THAT TO GIVE YOU THIS ADVICE: Your girlfriend should get to know her body and what feels good to her. She needs to "practice" obtaining orgasms. The more easily she is able to have orgasms from her own steam, the more likely YOU will be able to help her orgasm during lovemaking.
