does anyone hsve any personal tips on how to avoid shaving rashes down below? It's not even rashing on my genitals but more above and around the waistline. Becoming seriously itchy and annoying now

Haven't had that issue in a long time but these might help.

 

My pubes do ok, but I can't shave my chest anymore. It's bad like that Seinfeld episode.

 

Shave with the grain (direction the hair lays). That would mean for your pubes toward your cock, scrotum from the outer edges in, your perineum toward your scrotum, your anus and cheeks from the center out.

i haven't used shaving creme\gel in decades. I actually use hair conditioner. It's smoother and easier on MY skin. Also, i make sure to SCRUB the areas i shave, after i shave them. Using a exfoliating body scrub. The hot water opens your pores, the dirt and dead skin fall into those pores while shaving. SCrubbing with a louffa sponge afterwards helps clean up all that dirt so it's not in your pores after your skin cools and pores close up. Haven't had any problems with ingrown hairs or rash in many many years.

I just recently for the first time in my life had my pubic hair shaved off all around my penis and balls as well as the butt crack. The person that did the shaving used a shaving gel. then used lotion afterwards. I have not had any problems with being itchy.

 

Shave secret.... its a small bottle can find at Walmart... I use rubbing alcohol on my face... never have razor burn.

 

I can't shave the pubs because of ingrown hairs. Talk about ugly! So I trim to about 1/8" and shave my balls. Works for me.

 

Rush wont stop until you have shaved several times. On the other hand medicinal alcohol is great to preserve cleanliness.

 

I have controlled it now with some talcom powder, still itchy though.

Yep! That's razor burn....shaving to closely... alcohol will dry it right up.

I have shaved for years and use shaving gel without any I growing hairs for years now. Just persevere and your skin will adjust.
