it's NOT urine. Though it does come from the urethra, it's still NOT urine.. And again, not EVERY woman can do it. Just like not every woman can orgasm. I've met women who've said they have never had an orgasm in their life, though sometimes I wonder if they've just not had the right partner or feel some sort of shame or guilt during masterbation. If you or your lady can't squirt it's not really anybody's fault. Sometimes it takes practice and a level of comfortablity that never happens.
Sometimes it comes about from stimulating the G-spot(common) and less commonly from clitoral stimulation. If you have questions you should look up "female ejaculation" there are tons of articles on it.

I wonder if the Urea that's found in "very low levels" doesn't appear because it's comming from the urethra. And it also sounds like its EXTREMELY similar to male ejaculate. So, male ejaculate also contains low levels of urea

I have to say Ive only experienced it with one girl - and it was amazing!!! Oh my god, what a turn on.
