BTW I do watch Lockup (In fact, I watch it almost religiously) but it's not every day we see an actual inmate OPENLY CONFESS to being incarcerated in a public forum such as this (Being incarcerated isn't something one just "Openly" admits to those of us in the free world either)

Inmates don't have access to the internet. At best you would have unlimited e-mail privileges, but no internet privileges.

If prisoners had internet access, inmates would be buying and selling drugs as well as doing other illegal things on it....

Now for something interesting and not BS........Though the net is now flooded with pages about prisoners filing bogus tax returns, it was not that long ago that the IRS was having prisoners process paper returns.
