when you take xrays of the mid area, they give you a lead plate to cover our crotch, so i doubt its real.

 

I'm thinking its a real xray of the head photoshopped with a pic of a cock made to kinda look like an xray.

Of those last 3, the first appears to be an inversion and/or filter applied to the image. But it looks good, I like it.

As for the others "xrayhunter.com" thats not x-ray. They appear to have created the effect through a mixture of sheer/wet clothing, and a night vision device. I love those pictures though.

Kinda Edit: Having read their website its actually quite clever. They use a filter and a night vision element to create the images. The combination of the two provides some penetration of materials, and hides patterning and colouration. Clever stuff.

first one, is a negative, second, color changes and third one is NightVision lenses which have been banned I believe because you can see through white and thin shirts with them
