* Are the Steelers that good or are the Brown's THAT BAD?

* Am I hallucinating or did the Charges replace Schottenheimer with NORV TURNER? And, who stopped taking their anti psychotic medication the day THAT decision was made?

 

Another question:

* Are the Pats cheating? And, if so, how many Super Bowl wins would the Steelers have had the Pats not cheated?

I have a feeling they have cheated for a while. In addition to that, i have a feeling they will be proven guilty. I feel they must forfeit that game and lose Belichel for 2 weeks and miss-out on the fisrt round pick...

The latest prognosis is better than initially.

 

I'm thinking permanent suspension for Bill Bellichick, complete disassociation from the NFL. Their Super Bowl wins should forever have astericks in the record books. But, as a Steelers fan, I may be a bit biased on this issue.

 

The new commish has his hands full with this debacle. Judging from how he has handled punishment of players who break the rulesd and policies of the NFL, that Pats and Bill are in for a wollop.

 

this is ridiculous, they got caught cheating last year against the Dolphins and they're doing it again! Well at least now all those damn Pats fan will shutup about them being a Dynasty, I'm going to go out on a limb and be very biased but I'm aying they cheated in the 2004 Super Bowl too

Mangini appears to have some character deficencies as well. Apparently, the Pats' cheating didn't bother him until he stopped coaching for New England and started coaching for an AFC East rival.

 

Some Week 2 Predictions

Some Week 2 Predictions:

1. Cincinnati will easily manhandle Cleveland. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if this prediction is wrong because Cleveland looked like a team that could finish the season with less than five wins against Pittsburgh. It Cleveland pulls out this division win, it may show more promise for Pittsburgh, especially considering how downright pathetic the Ravens looked.

2. Indi over Ten

3. Buffalo over Pittsburgh. Hope this one is wrong.

4. Dallas over Miami. Poor Miami. It's bad enough the Florida team is in the same division as three cold weather teams. Now to find out that one of the cold weather teams cheats!

5. St. Louis over San Fran. I like St. Louis better on both sides of the ball.

6. Giants over Green Bay

7. Jets over Ravens. Watching the Ravens against Bengals reminded me of watching a car going down the road and the wheels start coming off.

8. Broncos over Oakland

 

Packers are 3-0 can't believe it and we are about to go 4-0 with a win over Minnesota. I can't beleive the Saints have gotton off to such a bad start. Tampa Bay is probably the surprise team of the league

 

no I'd say that award goes to Houston due to Matt Shaub, Andre Johnson, and a surprisingly good defense, we'll see if they can keep it up and actually be a contender for once

If the Eagles don't go to the SB this year, I definitely want the Pack to, then Favre can FINALLY retire, on a good note, Minnesota's D is tough though, so don't expect Favre to have an easy game

 

As my previous weeks' picks have shown, I can't believe it either. The Packers have beat good teams, in warm weather. Kudos!

i don't think any would have expected Tampa Bay to play as good as defense as they are. the texans have been a team that has been getting better. they were 6-10 last year. in the offseason they picked up Matt Schuab, Ahman Green(from my beloved Packers), and i forgot who they got in the draft. Tampa Bay didn't really pick anyone up besides Jeff Garcia and I don't think that is enough to turn around a 4-12 team.

 

well don't forget, Tampa Bay has had a pretty good defense and a pretty good offense as far as FBs, WRs, and running backs go, just not a legitimate quarterback. Another example would be the Ravens and what they did last year or the Saints.

I agree though, I always thought once the Texans dropped Carr, they'd be good. They need a good signal caller, which Schaub is. And like I predicted last year, picking Mario Williams was the right move cue they badly needed a better defense, and it's paid off.
