(I'm a little late to the party but here are my two cents.)

FBI PULLS LEGAL RAZZLE DAZZLE TO CLEAR HILLARY CLINTON:

How can the FBI rule that she was grossly negligent and yet not guilty of mishandling classified information? They say that it's because they found no proof that she had willful intent to harm the US. . Negligent means careless and being careless precludes willful intent so the word intent is not found in the statue she was being charged with violating. However, the FBI says she did it without knowing what she was doing and therefore can not be charged.

That’s the part that no one understands. In as much as she was Secretary of State, you would think that she had the mental acumen to know what she was doing. If she didn’t them she was an idiot and had no business being Secretary of State. But then again, that might explain Benghazi.

If the FBI found that Hillary Clinton was guilty of acting with gross negligence, that is the definition of the crime they were investigating. Intent is a separate issue. If they had found that she acted with intent then she should have had to charge her with espionage. (My theory is that she used this e-mail rouse to deliver information that someone paid her to get….and the payment for getting the information were delivered to her though speaking fees and donations to the Clinton Foundation.)

In any case, this is not over… No not by a long shot. She may still have to face charges of committing perjury before a congressional hearing. If she manages to slip out of that one by admitting that she didn’t tell the truth but claiming that she didn’t lie because she didn’t know she wasn’t telling the truth, she may get away with it again but she will still have to face the voters.

Many voters already say they don’t trust Hillary Clinton and this will confirm their beliefs and draw in many more non-belivers, but now they will also think that she is incompetent and that her name and her money have put her above the law thus making her part of the establishment everyone is trying to get rid of. At the very least Hillary will be tagged with the labels of corrupt, a liar and an incompetent that should not never again be trusted with state secrets. Hillary will loose a lot of votes and I’m sure Donald Trump will keep asking, what’s left her loyal voters…. "How is Hillary going to be president without a security clearance?"

Add this to her already long list of scandals and suspect criminal acts that Donald Trump will keep in the news and it’s going to be a long, hard and uphill campaign for the White House.

 

She did it without knowing?? She's an attorney, she was the wife of the President of the US for 8 years, she was the Secretary of State and is now running for the office of President and they're saying she did it without knowing? If anyone were to know, it would be her....

 

Like other right wing talking points that makes sense, but it does not express economic truths.

The tax system has usually been more progressive under Democrat presidents. The economy has usually grown more under Democratic presidents. There has usually been more job creation under Democratic presidents.

Of course not. Congressional Republicans will be having hearing after hearing during Hillary's eight years in office when they should be advancing policies that benefit the American people.

 

DL, we do need to move on to advance policies that benefit the American People but not at the expense of letting the Clinton's get away with yet another major crime. She needs to be stopped and not allowed to continue.

Proof Hillary isn't fit to be president

No one understands better than yours truly – except perhaps Vince Foster and scores of others (including material witnesses) who mysteriously died in and around the Clinton administration during the 1990s – the treachery of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Here is just a very small list of the Clinton crimes that came to light during the Bill Clinton administration years:

1) Whitewater scandal – This was the fraudulent land scheme, masterminded by Hillary and key witness Jim McDougal (who also mysteriously died in prison), while Hillary was a partner of the Rose Law Firm – also the firm of Vince Foster and Webster Hubbell, who later moved to D.C. with the Clintons to infest the White House Counsel's office with their "legal expertise." Hubbell was later indicted, tried and convicted for tax fraud. Foster turned up dead in Fort Marcy Park, as he was a material witness for then independent counsel Ken Starr's Whitewater criminal investigation.

2) Travelgate – To feather the nest of her friends, Harry and Susan Thomases, both Hollywood "beautiful people," Hillary had the head of the White House Travel Office, Billy Dale, fired on trumped-up claims of tax irregularities and then put the Thomases in charge to personally reap the profits of this government travel business. Dale, was ultimately cleared, but not after his life was virtually ruined.

3) Filegate – This patented Hillary scandal was first detected by the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, which had been investigating the Clintons' Travelgate caper. What was learned is that more than 900 FBI files had been ordered up by a former bar bouncer, Craig Livingstone, whom Hillary had hired to work in the White House Counsel's Office, on the first lady's orders and without proper legal justification. I later filed a class-action suit against the Clintons and other accomplices. The case went on for almost a decade and resulted in the uncovering of yet another Clinton scandal, E-mailgate – where the Clintons had covered up and suppressed more than a million potentially incriminating emails that should have been produced to me, Ken Starr and Congress over a variety of the duo's crimes. It was also during this Filegate case that it was learned that President Clinton, on the advice of his top political adviser, James Carville, had illegally released Privacy Act protected information from White House files to smear Kathleen Willey, a woman who was a material witness in the impeachment proceedings, as she was also sexually harassed by the "philanderer in chief" while working for him in the White House. This was the basis of Judge Lamberth's ruling that President Clinton had committed a crime.

4) Chinagate – Not to be outdone by her prior scandals, Hillary then masterminded a scheme whereby the Clinton-Gore presidential campaign of 1996 took bribes from communist Chinese banks and their government to bankroll the president's and the Democratic Party's re-election efforts when it appeared, due to their low standing in the polls, that all the stops needed to be pulled out. It was the lawsuit that I brought against Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown, where at Hillary's instruction, he literally sold seats on Department trade missions to China and elsewhere, which principally uncovered this. In late 1996 and early 1997, the scandal had burgeoned to such a level that joint congressional hearings were empaneled, ultimately to be shut down when Democrats uncovered illegal fundraising by some Republicans. The two parties, faced with mutual assured destruction, simply took an exit stage left. However, I soldiered on with my lawsuit. And, while I uncovered a lot about Bonnie and Clyde and their Chinese "friends," this scandal ultimately took back seat to the Monica Lewinsky scandal, since the media preferred sex to foreign espionage and graft. Hillary and Bill were ironically saved by Monica, who became the lightening rod drawing attention away to what at the time was perhaps the biggest scandal – Chinagate – in American history.

This week, during the congressional hearings concerning the terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton finally testified about her role in the breakdown of security at the consulate,

which resulted in the deaths of our ambassador and three others. At several points during even the mild questioning about why she had not as secretary of state taken steps to beef up security despite warnings before the terrorist attack, Hillary lost control and bore her vicious fangs.

 

If you are going to recite your excuses for being a Clinton hater, at least recite them in your own words.

The first Clinton administration was good for the United States. I expect the second Clinton administration to be good too. I also expect Republicans to do everything they can to derail the second Clinton administration with silly fake scandals.

 

The only thing fake about any scandal involving a Clinton, is the Clinton in question. Can't wait for Killary to get on her broom and fly out of Washington for the last time.

I'm just following your example and using experts to back up my opinions.

I don't hate the Clintons but I'm very unhappy about the things they've done. And, as a loyal American I don't need an excuse to hate anyone who engages in criminal actives to benefit themselves and hurt the US and the American people. And I don't see how you can say that the very real things the Clintons have done, and for which they have had to face real investigations and real Impeachment proceedings, to be silly and fake scandals. Come on DL, you're better then that. You must know that the accusations against Bill and Hillary Clinton have real merit because they are based on real issues supported by real evidence. Fake scandals don't get investigated by Congress and the FBI.

I don't believe (and hope) there will be a second Clinton Administration. The Clintons are people that became Multi-Millionaires from public service and Hillary's history is so filled with scandals and misdeeds that she has supplied Donald Trump with a literal arsenal of ammunition to use against her during the presidential campaign. On the other hand, Hillary has so little in the way of accomplishments that she will have a hard time justifying her reasons for running for POTUS, It seems her main selling point is that she is a Liberal and a women. Hillary supporters think it's about time we had a women President. I guess they didn't learn their lesson when they said "It's about time we had a black president."

If there was any truth to Whitewater, Travelgate, Filegate, Vince Foster, etc. Ken Star would have made the most of it.

After five years of rummaging in the White House garbage cans, and peeping into the windows of the Oval Office, five years that cost fifty million dollars, all that Ken Starr had on Bill was a lie in response to a question that he asked himself, hoping that Bill would lie.

Fortunately, the American people were too mature to get upset about that fake scandal. As more details of Bill's affair with Monica were exposed Bill's approval rating in the polls went up.

I'd be willing to bet if, J. Edger Hoover was still director, Shilary would have been charged, or are least, be out of the running.

 

No, she'd be paying off Hoover, or suggesting his fashion sense at home might be of interest to the general public, or she'd send Bill over with some little boys or sumpin

 

Are you kidding? If there hadn't been any truth to the accusations made against Bill Clinton, the investigation against him wouldn't have gone on for 5 years. Unfortunately for Mr. Star's investigation, evidence kept disappearing, some witnesses refused to talk while others died before they could talk. Since Mr. Star had to submit enough evidence to prove a "Standing President" was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, (probably the highest standard there can be.) and Star's best evidence died or disappeared, Clinton was able to get away with it.

Of course you do realize that not having enough evidence is not the same as "not guilty." Just as not getting enough votes to find Slick Willie guilty of an impeachable crime did not prove that he did not Perjure himself before congress. He did it and everyone knows it but Clinton was able to skirt by the impeachment proceedings because of Party Politics. However, the State Bar didn't need any more evidence then what they saw and heard when they stripped Billy boy of his License to practice law for committing Perjury.

The list of Clinton crimes is very long and I'm sure it won't end with the latest FBI investigation where they found Hillary had grossly mishandled state secrets but in the FBI's opinion, they didn't have enough evidence to prove intent. (That finding may be revisited.)

As President Lincoln once said. "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time."
