so it might supply Libya for say about
70,000 years maybe
well not really ,
but probably no human will have to worry about it ,

wolf it is still about the pipeline and its leaks as well as the effects those spills and leaks have on the environment including our needed water supply that already is in too short supply for just the people we have now
sadly many refuse to understand that surface spills effect more than just the surface of the planet

if you will notice the one state that does not require any permits, inspections, or oversight of pipe lines is the leader in spills and is a red state with bought and paid for leaders
alaska has tight restrictions on pipelines and does not even register on the chart why is that?

This is called the definition of "water table". It's also known as groundwater level.
