being a little underage. i drink what i can get my hands on, but if i get some1 to buy me something i normally get a handle of cap mo and some coke to go drink with friends where ever.

 

Cap'n Mo is present at every frat party for sure. Personaly, i can only drink maybe one or two drinks of it but every party i go to has plenty of it.

I'm a tequila drinker (sipper) more than anything else. I'm up to over 30 different brands in my bar, which is an accomplishment since good tequila is impossible to find in Europe.

My favorites are:

Mixto or Joven - None (Life's Too Short To Drink Anything Less Than 100% Agave!)
Blanco - Casa Noble and Patron Platinum
Reposado - Milagro Single Barrel Reserva and Herradura
Anejo - Don Julio 1942 and Casa Noble

Also in my bar, non-Tequilas:

Whiskey - Makers Mark
Vodka - Chopin
Gin - Bombay Sapphire
Scotch - Never Met One I Cared For

Beers I enjoy:

Summer - Corona
Winter - most any German Weissenbier (Dunkle, Hefe, or Krystal)
Special occasions - most any Belgian Trappist (Brune or Blond)

 

If you can't find good tequilas then you must be having a tough, dry time in Europe....

What do you do, get them specially imported....what country are you living in?

 

I don't have a dry time anywhere I go (even Southwest Asia). On the contrary, I travel back to the States a lot and add to my collection almost monthly.

Living in Germany has its up side; I can now acquire Cuban Rum and Cigars on a regular basis (they are verboten in the US).

 

Germany's a great country.....spent some time living and working there myself in Russelsheim (nr. Frankfurt) and Munich. Never really got to grips with the language, but like all Europeans their English is excellent!......good beer too!
Sounds like you're a bit of a globe-trotter BBM, are you running your own bar out there?...bet that's a hoot!

I lost a few nights to Trappist beers when I was in Holland, me and another guy I worked with were woken up by the cops tapping on the car window at 4am.......wanted to know how we came to be parked on the central reservation. It's the old driving left/right problem..:-D

I know Russelsheim well; I lived outside Frankfurt for a while when the "Wall" came down. Germany's changed since then and I don't know if it was for the better.

And don't worry, I'll watch out where the huskies go!

I've been an expatriate here ten years out of the last 25 and I've never been treated poorly. My secret is to exercise respect and open-mindedness and to do my best to fit in. If you get over here and act like an ass-clown you'll probably be treated poorly.

I'm with you on the Dutch Heineken, Brother. Too bad you guys don't send the good stuff to the US. I used to do the four days march at Nijmegan every July just for the beer afterward (and for the Dutch sweeties!) Too bad it ended early this year due to the heat related deaths and injuries.

 

Jack Daniels right out of the bottle....Maybe thats why I stopped drinking Alcohol.

 

Yea, i'm moving towards a on the rocks drinker. What about that new tequilla by cuervo? Anyone have it yet? But for what i like on ice its mostly whiskies.
