If this really is a thread about random thoughts, why must it take 10 posts to be able to link an image? I would like to show a picture of my lady for my thread in the meet ups forum yet I have to do things like this to pad out my post count.

I guess not, but if my only purpose on here is to post that thread and I am unable to show what she looks like until then I am forced to post semimeaningless replies to random threads without getting a chance to experience the community first.

I did not say I was going to post that then leave. I prefer to lurk and get a sense of the major players on a forum before I start posting, yet I would like to complete that thread and move on to said lurking while it generates responses. But I have no lure if I cannot show off my lady.
