Yep, I workout alot, my hobbie keeps me very fit, mountain climbing. When I have time, I try to workout 2 times a day 4 days a week.

 

so how long did it take you to get a body like that

 

Well its hard to say, i have never really let myself get out of shape since I was 23. But to get my abs like this takes constant work, I literally work my abs every day. I would say it would take around 7 to 8 months of doing ab workouts to get a nice cut stomach.

Thanks Sierra. I try to to keep myself in shape. My goal was to be in the best shape that I could be when I reached 40, now my goal is to be in great shape when I reach 45. And I do need to take a full frontal picture. Will work on that. Thanks again everyone for your wonderful comments. Was beginning to wonder, hadnt had very many comments.
