Manhattan Terrorist Sayfullo Saipov Entered U.S.
On Chuck Schumer’s ‘Diversity Visa’ Program

As New Yorkers begin the healing process after Tuesday’s Manhattan terror attack, one curious question sticks out in the minds of many; how on earth did the terrorist Sayfullo Saipov gain entry to the U.S. from Uzbekistan?



Blame Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer.

Under the “Diversity VISA Program,” Saipov immigrated to the U.S. in 2010.

What is the “Diversity VISA Program”? It’s a lottery for individuals from nations with few immigrants in the U.S. The immigration program was the brainchild of none other than Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). Schumer, then a member of the House worked alongside lobbyists to write the “Diversity VISA Program,” which would form the basis of the “Immigration Act of 1990.”


The Schumer proposal would have set aside 75,000 visas each year for a new category of “diversity immigrants.”112 Under this proposal, the world would be separated into “high-admission regions” and “low-admission regions,” within which would be “high-admission states” and “low-admission states.”

The Immigration Act of 1990 was enacted on November 29, 1990.

According to Conservative Review, the U.S. has “admitted over 59,000 legal permanent residents from Uzbekistan since 2001.”

At the present time, Uzbekistan is not on President Trump’s travel ban, yet as Fox News Laura Ingraham urged on her program Tuesday evening, the time has come to include it on the list.

It would be especially wise to add Uzbekistan to the travel ban list, as Saipov reportedly pledged his allegiance to ISIS prior to the attack.

NBC News reporter Tom Winter reports a note written by Saipov pledging his allegiance to ISIS was found after the attack.

 

Top Imam Tawhidi revealed Tuesday he warned New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio that his city was a breeding ground for Islamic terrorists. According to the Imam, De Blasio ignored his ‘in person,’ and ‘online,’ warnings. News of Tawhidi’s warnings come after the Manhattan terror attack.



“About #NYC terrorist attack, I personally sent letters to Mayor De Blasio online & in person about terrorist breeding in NYC.He did nothing. In 2016, I told Mayor De Blasio that I was in NYC and noticed some hot radical centres. I was willing to point out serious cases. Ignored! Not only am I a Muslim Imam who understands the threat of Islamic Extremism, I also hold a certificate in counter-terrorism. Now what!?,” said Imam Tawhidi in a series following the Manhattan terror attack.

The Imam went on to blast both De Blasio and Sadiq Khan, the Mayor of London.

“De Blasio griefs about London and you grief about NYC.
How about you both swap positions since you don’t really
care about your own people!?”

 

I agree with President Trump on immigration. I favor fewer immigrants and no Muslims at all. I am opposed to sanctuary cities. I think that when anyone is identified as an illegal immigrant that person should be deported. This includes children who were brought here by their illegal immigrant parents.

I only disagree on the wall with Mexico. There are less expensive ways to restrict immigration. On of the things we can do is to punish employers who hire illegal immigrants. Republicans politicians have little enthusiasm for that because they are sympathetic for employers.

 

Chuck Schumer has said, "For every white blue collar worker the Democrats lose we will get two moderate [that is to say prosperous] Republicans."

In the last election that did not work. The Democrats need to get back much of the South and most of the white working class. They cannot do it be favoring more immigrants.

 

NYC Foreign Terror Suspect Entered U.S. with ‘Diversity Visa’
Trump Wants to End

Trump, though, along with Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Sen. David Perdue (R-GA), has been calling for an end to the Diversity Visa Lottery program since August. Under the RAISE Act, introduced in February and endorsed by Trump in August, the Diversity Visa Lottery would be eliminated altogether.

The Trump administration took eliminating the Diversity Visa Lottery even more seriously earlier this month when they introduced the president’s immigration priorities, which like the RAISE Act called for the elimination of the program.

“The diversity lottery serves no discernible humanitarian or economic interest,” Cotton explained to Breitbart News. “It is a policy that has far outlived its usefulness and it really doesn’t even serve diversity since Europe is one of the primary uses of it. Even in past efforts at amnesty-first comprehensive immigration reform like we saw in 2013 and 2007, most people agree we should eliminate the diversity lottery. I think it’s a policy that has far outlived its usefulness if it ever had any utility and it’s time to eliminate the diversity lottery.”



In 2011, just a year after the New York City foreign terror suspect, Saipov, entered the U.S. from Uzbekistan through the Diversity Visa Lottery, Center for Immigration Studies National Security Policy Director Janice Kephart testified before Congress about the security risks associated with the visa program.

“The Diversity Visa Program is an unfortunate blind spot in our immigration system that has outlived whatever purpose it might have had,” Kephart explained in her testimony in 2011. “The applicants for these 50,000 ‘visa lottery’ immigration slots require few skills. Neither their qualifications nor identity can be properly vetted. The program does not know, really, who these applicants are or their true purpose in coming to the United States. The program is a national security vulnerability and has been used by terrorists and organized criminals to not only enter the United States but to bring others in as well.”

“According to unofficial statements from the State Department, the program is rife with fraud in part because application standards are so low,” Kephart continued. “The program claims to have strict eligibility requirements, but only calls for a high school education or its equivalent or two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years of training or experience.”

“In most of the countries eligible for a diversity visa, neither education nor work experience can be verified, let alone identity,” Kephart stated. “Consular officers in U.S. embassies abroad thus spend an inordinate amount of time attempting to determine if people are who they say they are and actually qualify for the program. Checking watch lists based on names or prior U.S. immigration histories thus often has little bearing on making a solid determination of identity, qualifications, or legitimate national security concerns.”

According to many witnesses, Saipov shouted “Allahu Akbar” upon exiting a Home Depot rental truck after intentionally driving the wrong way on a busy bike lane near the World Trade Center — the site of the deadliest terror attack on U.S. soil. After striking several people, witnesses say he “crashed deliberately into a school bus carrying at least three children,” CNBC reports. Leaving his vehicle with two imitation guns, he was shot in the abdomen by police, according to NYPD.


Reaching a new low, the alleged suspect chased toward children after crashing his truck into the school bus.

Saipov was reportedly taken to Bellevue Hospital and is in police custody. A paintball gun and pellet gun were recovered at the scene, according to law enforcement officials.

Six of the victims — all men — were pronounced dead at the scene, while two died later, Police Commissioner James O’Neill said.



In April, an Uzbek national was behind the Stockholm terror attack.
Rakhmat Akilov, a 39-year-old with ties to the Islamic State, drove a hijacked truck into a crowd of people, killing four people and wounding 15, in an eerily similar terror plot.

So, there has been much outrage this week because a TV ad in Virginia, paid for by the Democrats/Virginia Gubernatorial race, depicted white men ruthlessly attempting to run down muslims with a pickup truck.

Then, earlier today, a muslim mows down and kills at least 8 people in New York City.

What's wrong with this picture?

I also noticed Trump's tweet today referred to the attacker as "sick and deranged", but did not use the word "terror" or "islamic" or "ISIS".

The attacker in New York yelled "Alluah Akbar" during the attack. ISIS has already claimed responsibility.

Political Correctness is KILLING our culture.

 

Liberals, and especially liberal Jews, who defend Muslim immigrants are fools. Everything they hate about the religious right is far more true of Muslims and Islam.

For the most part antisemitism has been exiled to the internet. Malcontents on various antisemitic websites hide behind nicknames and express their hatred for Jews.

The antisemites who actually do something about their hate are nearly always Muslims, both in the United States and in Europe.

 

My thoughts are with the friends and families of those killed, along with all the people of New York. It is truly sad that people can be so twisted by rhetocir and propaganda as to attack innocent people and attempt to justify it by way of their religion.

I find it just as disturbing, however, that people will use these events to attack all of Islam, and use them to further a political stance.
