Well the Empress is not the only one with a rebirth day...... I had a heart transplant 8 days ago and I came home last night.
Don't know where to start and may not I am kinda busy trying not to die but bear with me and this is gonna be interesting if nothing else.
By the way you caregivers (nurses etc.) I take my hat off to you :rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose::rose:
I could never take care of myself much less anyone else now I am learning or I die. At least I am not gonna be bored any more.

Well you know they will ...... I know that much already I have been learning a lot real fast in the last 8 days. Steroids are a BITCH ....now I know why they pay Barry Bonds the big bucks. Well on the bright side at least I will be able to play baseball better!

Well I got a few pills to sort.....I always wanted a $3000 dollar bag of drugs and I finally scored. That is just this months supply.
One script costs 968.00 Prograf....an immune suppressant.
Not having an immune system kinda sucks plus I am an instant diabetic now because of the prednizone.
Its kinda like now i gotta be Howie Mandell with diabetes.
Whatever like I said shit aint boring no more.......

 

Bud, I certainly hope your insurance is covering all this. The meds too. That would just add extra strain if they weren't. . . Then again, I don't have much love for Insurance companies.

yeah that bag only cost me 39.00 and that was mainly for the aspirin and crap that was over the counter.

They dont give you a new heart without a way to pay for the drugs cause without em you die.
So the drugs were cheap but I gotta pay out the ass for insurance on a disability income....oh well miracles don't come cheap.

 

That's great. One less thing for you to worry with then. Hope you have a few sexy nurses.
