    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    I just got some unexpected time off from work. My darling wife attended a National Conference for her work cross country in Denver the week before last. The day after she returned (later that week) she fell ill and tested positive for COVID. *sigh* Again. Second time for her. I've had it twice already myself. Not a very stellar record for sure, but we were both very aware of the measure and precautions to take while "quarantining" in place... we do live in the same house after all. Despite the precautions and past experience, however, I still ended up contracting the virus again as well. F***! So, now that she's come through it and is symptom free again, I'm only three days in to my own quarantine and treatment. At least I was able to use vacation time from work. It's a hell of a way to use vacation time though. It really sucks. This makes my third round with COVID, not counting adverse reactions to both initial vaccinations. MUTHER FU.. ! For something that was suppose to prevent you from getting sick in the first place, it laid me OUT, both vaccines. It was worse than the actual virus when I did end up contracting it. I know, I know, I know... it was less impactful on me and my body because I was vaccinated... yeah yeah yeah... <rolling eyes> This time around hasn't been much worse than a case of the flu either, but since I'm immuno-compromised to begin with I can't take this lightly. Gives me extra time to read and do some writing though. <smile>
