  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

drink some beer, ride a bike, skin a noxious rodent, eat 25 jam sandwiches, flap you arms and yell at the top of your voice "take me away", watch some porn, cut your toe nails, listen to the Butthole Surfers record "hairway to steven" backwards, plant a tree, blow up your television, donate 20 cents to a favourite charity, become a member of the local Republican party, cut the front lawn, go to the local fish shop and buy $10.00 worth of mackeral and feed the stray cats in your neighbourhood....

add something constructive to this forum ;)

To quote the Statler Brothers: “Counting flowers on the wall that don’t bother me at all, playing solitaire till dawn with a deck of 51, smoking cigarettes and watching Captain Kangaroo, don’t tell me there’s nothing to do.:D

Or better yet talk Tullulah into posting her and her nun's pix's.

Was watching that Pratchett adaptation on Sky last night. I'll misquote but Death said something along the lines of

"I like humans. There they are in a universe full of all that wonder and amazement and they invent something called "boredom"".

Many a true word said in jest.

    By a skeleton.

    In a big black robe.

    With a scythe.

    And a pale horse.

    Called Binky.:-D

Now this should go on my "Now Showing....." thread, but just this once, as it's you:

I really enjoyed it. I was glad it got a decent SFX budget because the wort thing about the BBC version was the effects. having said that, I did think they took some liberties with the original story, but they did stay true to the spirit and the inspiration.

I'd recomend it, but only if you can't get hold of the BBC TV adaptation, or better still the original radio series.

    thanks for your post :D

great to hear that it was enjoyed... i have seen the original BBC version many moons ago and owned a "talking book" version of it on cassette tape..( shit, now that shows my age...) but have yet to rent the up-dated version.

thanks for the recommendation.... i'll search it out this weekend

    cheers!
