    I'm right there with you! And while using toys is a good idea, I tried that with a guy and still couldn't get off. I think of it as stage fright, I have to be so comfortable with the person or else I get so nervous that I just can't cum no matter how much I want to.     It may simply be bad sex, but I'll assume that you've already considered that. It may also be medical, for men there is something named "death-grip syndrome". It's the numbing of the penis because of over stimulation, causing the nerves to die.
