I'd say that, that is grounds to declare a National Emergency....clearly within the powers given to the Executive branch by the U.S. Constitution.

Frankly, if the republican senators will only vote for what trump approves of... then simply, we don't need them.

Every time I look at the steel slat fence it reminds me of the old tool pusher on a work-over rig that when they had to leave the rig for a few days without rigging down he used a great bit chain to secure the traveling blocks to the derrick and put a great big pad lock on it. But he failed to secure the cutting torch on the rig and someone grabbed it, cut the chain, and stole both the traveling blocks and Acetylene/Oxygen unit. And here's the weird thing. Its not like whoever stole the traveling blocks could sell them to anyone or even have a use for them. So in all probability whoever stole them just looked at the stupidity of a chain and pad lock to secure the blocks and just grabbed the torch and stole them for the fun of it.

Where is it going to be?

And how much of the "wall" will $5 billion build?

Once again @shootersa if what you are saying is true and the wall is so important to our security why didn't the Republicans fund it during the two years they controlled the House and Senate? Why don't you answer that very simple and direct question?
