The Obama campaign first hired the Fusion law firm to dig up dirt on Romney. It worked so well Clinton's campaign hired Fusion to dig up dirt on Trump.

In the end after all the information leaks out, all this dirty dealing will be proven to have originated with the Obama administration.

You can't believe anything Eric Holder puts out.

McCabe Is THIS Close To Collecting His Pension Then Along Comes Sessions
[IMG] Steven Ahle March 15, 2018

Andrew Mccabe is very close to achieving a nearly $2 million dollar pension from the FBI. But it isn’t a sure thing. If AG Jeff Sessions were to fire him before Sunday, McCabe will lose his pension.

The FBI investigated McCabe and they have recommended his firing for his many corrupt acts as the Deputy Director of the FBI. But, it’s no cinch that Sessions will fire McCabe as he has shown an unwillingness to make Democrats pay a price for the wholesale breaking of the law.

If he doesn’t fire McCabe, President Trump needs to pull the trigger and fire Sessions and install someone willing to do their job.

    From Fox News

A source told Fox News that McCabe’s pension is in “jeopardy.”

“The Department follows a prescribed process by which an employee may be terminated,” DOJ spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores said in a statement. “That process includes recommendations from career employees and no termination decision is final until the conclusion of that process. We have no personnel announcements at this time.”

According to the New York Times, which first reported the story, the Justice Department’s inspector general concluded in an upcoming report that McCabe has not been forthcoming with its investigation to how the FBI handled its probe into Hillary Clinton’s email server.

The inspector general’s finding sparked an FBI disciplinary process that recommended his firing, something Sessions can accept or reverse, the paper said.

The FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility has made the recommendation to fire McCabe and it’s up to Sessions to say yes or no. McCabe is rumored to have had some of his agents revise their reports in order to make it possible to exonerate Hillary, despite overwhelming evidence that she was guilty. If that is true, Hillary could still face charges for her crimes. She never was charged so double jeopardy doesn’t apply.

For the past year, DOJ IG Michael Horowitz has been investigating McCabe and it is said that there is a lot McCabe is going to have to answer for when the full report comes out.

Surely McCabe has earned himself a firing, now let’s see if it happens. Once McCabe gets his pension he cannot have it taken away.

If I was a PR hack or Trump supporter I don't think I would be bragging about Trump trying to take Andrew McCabe's pension away from him. That kind of just chickenshit petty revenge is not going over well with the majority of Americans and the two most common words associated with are "sadistic" and "coward." With Trump being the sadist and Jeff Sessions being the coward who sucks Trump's dick. But meanwhile back in the news.

MSNBC’s Maddow lays out ‘troubling inconsistencies’ between what Trump says publicly and what investigators know

    Talk about sniveling hypocrits!
On the one hand we hear daily frothing about how those Government fat cats are continually fucking over the tax payers, what with their fat pensions, and profiting from their lofty and powerful positions, and how while they're in their bureaucratic compounds they spend taxpayer money and rob and steal.

But along comes a Trump lackey, and rumors that one of the crooked ones is about to get his pension whacked, and the hypocrites can't help but spew how that kind of chickenshit petty revenge is not tolerated by patriotic Americans.

IG could soon release explosive report on FBI's Clinton probe, as Sessions weighs firing McCabe

The Department of Justice’s inspector general could soon release his expected explosive report detailing a more than yearlong review of the FBI and DOJ’s Hillary Clinton investigation – an effort that has already put top FBI official Andrew McCabe and his pension in jeopardy.

Over the last year, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz has been reviewing the FBI and DOJ’s actions related to its investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.

On Wednesday, fresh evidence emerged that Horowitz may be winding down his efforts. Attorney General Jeff Sessions is considering firing McCabe over the findings in Horowitz’s review, sources said.

Horowitz also is reviewing whether McCabe should have recused himself from the probe early because of his family’s ties to the Democratic Party. (He did not do so until a week before the election.)

McCabe’s wife ran as a Democrat for a Virginia state Senate seat in 2015, and she received donations from the super PAC of Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a close Clinton ally.

Horowitz said his team would look at whether “certain underlying investigative decisions were based on improper considerations.”

Horowitz said the review is looking at whether any DOJ or FBI employees improperly disclosed non-public information.

    ====================================================================================================================
Well, I haven't heard if Sessions is still AG or not.

    White House:
After firing FBI Director James Comey on May 9, 2017, President Trumptweeted on May 12, 2017: “James Comey better hope that there are no "tapes" of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press !”

On June 9, 2017, the Committee sent White Counsel Donald McGahn a letter requesting that, “the White House inform the Committee if there exist now, or at any time have existed, any recordings, memoranda, or other documents within the possession of the White House which memorialized conversations between President Donald J. Trump and former FBI Director James Comey.”

On June 23, 2017, the Committee received a response letter from the Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs referring the
Committee to “President Trump's June 22, 2017, statement regarding this matter” as its official response. The letter quotes in full the President's statement that was made in the form of successive tweets on Twitter, in which the President stated that he has “no idea whether there are‘tapes’ or recordings” of his conversations with James Comey and that the President “did not make” and does “not have any such recordings.”

On June 29, 2017 the Committee sent the White House a second bipartisan letter urging the White House to appropriately and fully comply with the Committee's June 9 request and clarifying that, should the White House not respond fully, “the Committee will consider using compulsory process to ensure a satisfactory response.” The Committee made clear that the President's statement on Twitter, and the White House’s letter referring to the President’s statement, were only partially responsive to the Committee's request. By only referring to the President’s statement, the White House’s letter did not clarify for the Committee whether the White House has any responsive recordings, memoranda, or other documents. The White House responded that same day — June 29, 2017—stating: “To clarify, the White House’s previous response to your letter advising you that the White House has no recordings, together with the President’s public statements on the matter, constitute our response to your request.” As the Minority made clear to the Majority at the time, the White House’s two responses are woefully inadequate and sidestep the Committee’s explicit requests by not acknowledging or addressing (1) whether “recordings, memoranda, or other documents” at “any time have existed” within the “possession of the White House which memorialized conversations between President Donald J. Trump and former FBI Director James Comey”; and (2) whether any memoranda or other documents “exist now” in the White House’s possession memorializing the same. The Minority has a good faith reason to believe that the White House does in fact possess such documentation memorializing President Trump’s conversations with Director Comey.

Subsequent press reporting revealed the existence of a memorandum reportedly composed by President Trump and Stephen Miller that referenced President Trump’s communications with Director Comey. The Committee should subpoena to the White House to produce all responsive documents.

Today is the last day that pipsqueak Jeff Sessions can fire McCabe and forfeit his pension. McCabe should be more concerned about his own legal jeopardy, because if he misled investigators, he could and should be charged like former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

Flynn faces time in prison after pleading guilty to making a false statement about a meeting with Russian diplomats during the Trump transition period, even though former FBI Director James Comey concluded that Flynn did not intend to lie and should not be charged criminally for the omission.

Hey, what's good for the goose...

It must be nice (not really) to go through life either just making things up or linking months old articles off Russian propaganda sites. That way you can remain just blissfully ignorant of harsh reality.

And Sessions may just suck Trump's dick and fire McCabe but it will go bad for both of them if he does because it will give McCabe the opportunity to take them both to court. And the last things Sessions wants to do is end up under oath. And Trump's legal team collectively shit their pants down both legs at the mere thought of Trump testifying under oath.
