ok, I am not doing step by step, but I have a few suggestions.
Take it slow. Make sure that she is certain that she wants to go through with it. Don't pressure her to do anything she dosn't want to do.
Be gentle. It's your first time.(is it her's too?)
Listen to her. You'll know how to please her if you just listen to here, and pay attention to her.

First of all, make sure you try your best to please her instead of just getting off.
