  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

Hillary has been investigated thoroughly. If there was anything she could be indicted for she would have been indicted already.

With the Clinton haters the hate comes first. The excuses come later.

So Trump still gets a free pass? Even after Sarah Sanders said today in the daily press briefing that Trump fully supports this move by Sessions. You sure seem to wear some pretty big blinders when it comes to who you are willing to criticize.

No I am simply pointing out your glaring hypocrisy.

And why don't you revisit your own thread where I told you so the Trump administration was going to be cracking down on marijuana. It might be very instructive for you to revisit your own hypocrisy.

Who is being prosecuted Stumbler? Who has been arrested?

Like always, you don't know what you are talking about. Sessions rescinded a memo, he didn't change or rewrite the law.

It's time to change the law and take it out of the hands of Jeff Sessions. The legality of marijuana should not be held in the balance of an attorney general's memo....

Tell that to the Republicans in congress who keep blocking any and all attempts to take federal controls of marijuana.

But just to hit your glaring hypocrisy again it was President Obama and Eric Holder who told Federal prosecutors to back off states with legal marijuana. And it is Trump and Sessions who have just unleashed them again to prosecute anyone they want to.

    1. shootersa
Which of course means that states that legalized Marijuana will suddenly turn on their citizens and cooperate with Federal prosecutions.
And those damn Federal prosecutors will be kicking down doors and shooting unarmed citizens cause, you know, Trump and Sessions said they could.

Congress needs to legalize it federally.

The money I could make farming that green would more than be worth the big razor wire fence I'd have to build around the field.

Oh bullshit Stumbler.... The Democrats had the majority in Congress for the first two years of Obama's presidency. Obama could have decriminalized it with a stroke of his pen and Congress could have made it legal and let the states regulate it. But they did NOTHING...

There is your "glaring hypocrisy" Stumbler, it's called the Democrat party... So don't expect the Republicans to do something the Democrats won't do themselves...

What has any of this got to do with what Trump and Sessions is doing now?

And its the Democrats that keep trying to introduce legislation to end the federal prohibition on marijuana and the Republicans that are blocking those efforts from even coming to the floor. So now you have reduced yourself to just stupid hypocrisy.

      OK.
But yeah, how come the Democrats, when they had Congress and the white house, failed to legalize Marijuana?
Was it because they were too busy jamming Obamacare down our throats?

Well, if the current administrations policy on marijuana is to be compared with anything, it would be the predecessors policy.

That Stumbler, is what this has to do with Obama and the Democrats....

It was because public opinion was still shifting on legalization, just as it is on gay marriage. These are the kinds of issues that have hurt the Democrats since the late 1960's. They would rather follow public opinion as it becomes more liberal on these issues than try to lead it in that direction.

Marijuana has been illegal as long as it has been because most American disliked the kind of people who enjoyed it. There never was any realistic evidence that it was as dangerous as cigarettes and alcohol.

There are some people who should not smoke marijuana, just as there are some people who should abstain from alcohol. Nevertheless, most who use it do so harmlessly. The only danger has been the danger of being arrested.

Having moved to Colorado after a hiatus of a couple of decades, Shooter can confirm that the legalization and more wide spread use of mood altering drugs is detrimental to a community.
Colorado is tuning out, turning on, and having a really fun time. Eventually, it will be time to pay the piper. None of this is getting wide spread coverage, cause, you know, all those tax dollars keep pouring into the coffers. Not that the money is going where it was supposed to. The robbers in the state house see to that.

You say this as if you believe that this just started happening once the law was passed. Also, what exactly is not getting widespread coverage? Please show us all the bad that YOU seem to be seeing.

    Gallup OCTOBER 25, 2017

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Americans continue to warm to legalizing marijuana, with 64% now saying its use should be made legal. This is the highest level of public support Gallup has found for the proposal in nearly a half-century of measurement...

The trajectory of Americans' views on marijuana is similar to that of their views on same-sex marriage over the past couple of decades. On both issues, about a quarter supported legalization in the late 1990s, and today 64% favor each. Over the past several years, Gallup has found that Americans have become more liberal on a variety of social issues...

This year for the first time, a majority of Republicans express support for legalizing marijuana; the current 51% is up nine percentage points from last year.

As efforts to legalize marijuana at the state level continue to yield successes, public opinion, too, has shifted toward greater support. The Department of Justice under the current Republican administration has been perceived as hostile to state-level legalization. But Attorney General Jeff Sessions could find himself out of step with his own party if the current trends continue.
    http://news.gallup.com/poll/221018/record-high-support-legalizing-marijuana.aspx

If the GOP lags behind on popular opinion on this issue it will be hurt politically.

Since Ronald Reagan's 1980 campaign Republicans have appealed to the social conservatism of lower middle class whites in order to get the power to advance economic policies that were unpopular, such as cutting taxes for the rich. It appears that their ability to do this is declining.

Democrat politicians felt strongly that everyone in the United States should have access to medical care. They did not feel this way about legalizing marijuana.

Sounds like you are admitting the elected Democrat officials in this country are more interested with what they want and promoting their political agenda as oppose to doing what the American public wants and what is right....
