Being nice to your unicorn goes a long way.
Presenting yourself well too. Getting Her involved in talking to girls is awsome. Twice the attention if done right, can do wonders.

If your couple is a good lay, and you're not stingy with aftercare, she will come back.
Make that a point. Not looking for one-night-stands, but getting to know people a bit and aiming for some form FWB relationship is a big plus in my experience. But that's our approach. We had many dates, had threeway sessions with few girls.

I read an article by a woman who was a frequent unicorn. She said she gave it up because it was too emotionally draining, especially seeing the couple be more connected with each other than they were with her.
