Of course not. There will be those, and many of them, who always look like its all performance. Then there are the ones who not so bad at faking and you can't be sure. And every once in awhile a woman who can't possibly be faking it is so real( or she is just damn good at the fake). Those usually get bookmarked for repeat viewing.
