You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

After it was revealed yesterday that Trump tried to get White House council McGahn to fire Mueller in order to put a stop to the DOJ Russia probe, do you now think Trump is corrupt or is he ignorant?

While it seems clear that many members of his campaign had contacts with foreign actors, and some may have coordinated campaign efforts with releases of e-mails stolen by Russians and passed to Wiki-Leaks, it is not clear that the Donald himself was aware of their actions at the time.

What seems increasingly clear is that he participated in efforts to stymie investigations into the actions of his underlings, including those of his own sons, and tried to have the Special Council removed, only backing down when McGahn threatened to quit.

So is he acting like a crime boss fighting those investigating his criminal empire, or is he a fool and a figurehead who never knew what was going on until after the fact and still doesn't know that covering up and denying is itself a crime, as is trying to use the Office of the Presidency to block investigations by the DOJ?

Remember, Nixon didn't burgle the Watergate Hotel. He tried to cover up what others did.

Trump has always tried to be the former.

But he's really just nothing other than a spoiled rich kid blowhard.

Let's have all of that, then break it down.
Which should be enough for anyone, right? Because Trump never lies about anything, right? Right?
"It might not have..." Maybe he ordered it and maybe he didn't. Nice refutation there.
Who? Fox News constantly attributes 'A source' or 'some people say' or 'we are told' without attribution. They could have gotten all of this from Trump himself.
And exactly what is "inapropriate"? When enough evidence of money laundering is uncovered to cause even the most jaded Republican to say "Huh. Waddaya know"?

Not really a credible source of refutation considering that even Hannity admitted it was confirmed by Fox News before cutting to a car crash scene to distract people from what he had just said.

I suspect that every president talks about the possibility of doing things that they never do. That's not news. It's certainly not news half a year after the alleged discussion of doing something that never ended up happening.

As a candidate for president, Donald Trump didn’t understand the Constitution—and didn't want to learn about it, a key campaign aide said.

“I got as far as the Fourth Amendment, before his finger is pulling down on his lip and his eyes are rolling back in his head,” Sam Nunberg, a former adviser to the Trump campaign, said in Michael Wolff's bombshell new book, Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, excerpted Wednesday in New York magazine.

The book offers a bird's-eye view of Oval Office dysfunction courtesy of Wolff, who was given rare access and conducted scores of interviews with Trump and his inner circle after the 2016 election, but the candidate's lack of concern for constitutional basics remains a theme in his presidency.

    -----------

Trump never has been much of a reader. The ghost writer who wrote Trump's presumed autobiography, The Art of the Deal has said that he only saw one book in Trump's lavish mansions. It was an anthology of Adolf Hitler's speeches.

For decades reactionaries have claimed that the United States Constitution contains The Absolute and Eternal Truth.

Now it turns out that their man in the White House has never read the Constitution, and found an explanation of it so boring that it exceeded his short attention span.

Trump is ignorant of much a president of the United States should know. What he does know is that the poorly educated whites he claims to love do not care. The gaping hinds of flyover country worship wealth. Erudition is too hoity toity for them.

There's no reason to think Trump is not both ignorant and corrupt. One doesn't exclude the other. We have the respected opinion of General Kelly that Trump is uninformed.Whether he is corrupt, or not, depends upon which definition of corrupt we apply. For government officials, corruption usually means using their office to enrich themselves. If one considers how much tax payer's money has been spent at Mar Lago, that might meet the definition.

Yeah, but if he allegedly talked about it, that means he almost did it. And you know what they say about "almost".

almost counts horseshoes grenades trump derangement.jpg

Discussing something doesn't mean that it almost happened any more than talking to a woman about sex means that she stripped right there for you and begged you to take her. Don't turn your fantasies into real life until they actually happen.

Well its both of course. But that is not what we are dealing with here because it leaves out the third cause. Which is Trump is also literally and clinically mentally ill. And that is a factor we have never had to deal with before.

Just fucking excellent response. And that is the highest compliment I can give you on a porn forum.

If Trump had simply talked about it you might have a point. But since he actually ordered White House Counsel McGhan to fire Mueller you don't. He didn't just talk about it. Trump gave the order. And McGhan refused and said he would quit first. And the only reason Trump did not fire Mueller was because he was too much of a fucking coward to go ahead and do it himself.

And you really ought to be wondering why this is something from six months ago and that is just being reported now. And you ought to be wondering about why it was not only confirmed by multiple sources in the initial report it has also been confirmed by multiple news sources including Fox News (see the great Hannity reaction). And the only one denying it is Trump. Which is a actually insane at this point. I would really be wondering how all these things came together right now. And more importantly why? Where is it coming from? Since all the sources are inside the White House.

Because its sure looking like people inside the White House are getting ready to bail. Because you know if you are a lawyer and might get unemployed you're are really going to need your law license. And you can't be involved in any crimes and do that.

    I'd be thinking about that.

I object on the grounds that you may be correct , so my client pleads insanity and i'd like the court to entertain the possibility of dismissal of all charges past, present & future matters which may arise similar in nature and would ask if we may adjourn for ice cream and continue these very important matters at a later date.

It would be disturbing to imagine that so many here are fixated on the Trumpster that they've posted about it more that 200 times if I weren't for the fact the he produces more fodder for examination that any other person in or out of politics, including the Kardassions as a group. His Twitter feed never quits, he constantly undercuts his own subordinates, he lies, then lies about the lies, he negotiates in bad faith, is incapable of moving past the election with his continuing rants against Clinton and has a fixation with destroying anything done by Obama.

Trump will someday soon need to step up or step aside. Every modern President has had his crisis, from US hostages to the shooting down of KAL 007 by Russian MIGs, from Apollo 1 to Apollo 13 to Challenger to Columbia, From the USS Liberty to the USS Pueblo to the USS Cole. From Hurricane Andrew through Katrina. It WILL happen. Republicans chose him to lead us. Do they really believe he can even get off of the golf course?

It doesn't say much for America and Americans either ,
that they put up with such undesirable candidates , and the circus that delivers that poor choice.

and sadly , over a year on , nothings improving , except the divisions within the ununited states ,
as they become increasingly irrelevant , while the world moves on regardless.

and here we are , still saying and debating exactly the same sort of boring things ,
and nothing of substantial importance ,
      over 200 threads along.
(and still creating new threads about the same , or which quickly degenerate to)

Speaking as one who watched Nixon's slide from the heights of power to the depths of ignomy, none of this is irrelevant to me. And Nixon was a giant among statesmen compared to the Trumpian pip squeak.

Reaaaaaally? Nixon opened the way for trade with China. And coined both the phrase "I am not a crook" and "If the President does it then it is not illegal." Both of which turned out to be false. Ford pardoned Nixon and oversaw our withdrawal from Vietnam. Which no one else had managed. Reagan's policies brought an end to the Berlin Wall, the reunification of Germany and the end of the Soviet era. And a little illegal arms trading. George H.W Bush drove the Iraqies out of Kuwait. And raised taxes. George W saw the worst attack on American civilians by a terrorist force in our history and vowed we would bring them to justice. And we did. Eventually. And Trump.... Tweets.
