But the strength it takes to deny your peers in light of one special person promised to no one, so while it builds character? It has the capacity to denigrate the shedding of one's own mortal skin built tough, is shed for the benefit of both which I find admirable.

What most religious zealots impose upon their offspring is as many parents for the same admirable reasons, the negatives of the thoughts, feelings and actions that precede "the final choice" to indulge in carnal lust. I didn't love my pastor, but I loved the idea that he wanted to blow me? I guess I was taught what sacrifice really means, by not letting him blow me, but not by the church? But most importantly I was taught to watch out for dirty, perverted old men and told never to let them touch me, and I learned that from my parents! Who taught me morels and respect, then any fucking church could ever do . Fuck the church, there nothing but money hungry, hypercritcal fucks. The way your parents bring you up is what guides you threw life, your parents, that's where it all begins in the home.

 

Adam & Eve couldn't resist temptation. So why should anyone expect us to? I don't feel that your sexuality should be judgement when it comes to religion or god!!!

 

God doesn't expect us to resist all temptation, he knows that we can't. It's only people who expect "religious" people to resist temptation and be perfect. The Bible is quite specific when it comes to sexuality. I believe that when we die we will be judged on our sexuality as well as many other things. Not looking forward to that.

@Sweetpassion @amethyst10 this is what is meant that we were "born into sin" Psalms 51:5 which I always believed that it was what we chose to do with it that made the difference and as an Agnostic I believe that God is not a man on high that stands in judgement, this is the invention of man. I acknowledge God as the power that has brought forth the world and that our "judgement" is what others might call Karma, that to live life horribly is to draw to us a retribution of those actions.

 

To agree with you and @Sweetpassion (as an Agnostic) only if you believe in God as a sentient being that watches over us rather then the more unexplainable "moments of consciousness of man?" As the God particle that made man realize he had to make tools, hunt, fish and adopt the means to communicate having even come up as Darwin stated, in my eyes that's the part less explained "the moments of consciousness" from nothing?

Whether if you believe in Darwinism or creationism they both have merit only ones harder to prove without time travel, you must believe that whatever our personal sexual self represents is defined so deeply in the sciences that it's known inherent to us. In defense of theology beyond the pomp, circumstance and austerities of religions the most widely read book "The Bible" teaches us through stories to love ourselves, our neighbors, friends and feel empathy for our foe. As well as living our lives as though someones watching and it's us even if we deny the truth!

If your God did not give man/woman the ability to have and enjoy sex are you saying that somehow your Devil managed to change the abilities that God had planned them to have.
If your God had not intended Adam & Eve to have sex, and assumedly children, why had he gone to all the trouble of creating the world and them? Was your God just a bored omnipresence with time on his hands?
I thought that in your believes Adam & Eve went on to populate the world, until your God sent the Great Flood, after which the job was given to the sons of Noah (if everybody else had been destroyed FK who they went off and married).
Religions, of all creeds and particularly the many forms of 'Christianity', have done more to 'bugger-up' good sex than anything else, not only being contradictory in some of their teachings but even trying to dictate when and how - if you want to do some research research some of the rules of the early church, which set down positions, even clothing and the days of the week it was allowed.
Some 'Christian' sects take 'sex limitations' to the extremes - I once met a woman who had been brought up in a sect and married a man from it who, in 15 years of marriage, had never seen him naked or his erect cock "Because she didn't need to", who had never seen him cum because "That would have been a waste" and they only had sex "When God told him to".
As for other religions just think of the clothing restrictions they impose and female genital mutilation.

Then I came across quantum physics:
Basic rule Energy can neither be created nor destroyed it just changes from one for to another... well that answered part of the riddle.
Then you have the proven fact the subatomic particles such as electrons can be two places at the same time...
Now quantum physicists are doing studies to prove there is life after death....
Behind every legend there lies a seed of fact/truth... Religious groups each have their sacred ‘legend’....
It’s the commonalities between all religions that warrant investigating.... they all refer to astronomy: the homeground of quantum physics!!

One thing I keep hearing but do not understand.
I keep hearing that all people sin and cannot resist temptations.
Why not. It seems pretty simple what is a sin and what isn't a sin. If a person really believes in their religion not sinning should not be a problem.
What makes it so hard for a religious person not to sin?

I always felt guilty popping a boner in church when I was a kid, and it always seemed to happen when it was time to go up and get the wafer. I would try so hard to concentrate on fathers sermon, but he'd go on and on, and never shut the fuck up. I have that obcd shit, the thing when you can't focus and your mind starts to wander. My eyes would start wandering too, they'd wander over to the girl sitting in front of me, they'd wander down to her ass, legs, up to her long flowing silky hair, and I'd pop a boner! But I was able to concentrate and stay focused, and the things that would go thru my mind made me stay rock hard, until I went to go see father after mass.
