Ummmm that water was so good. Stayed in 25minutes, Cynthia went with me.
Just wore my halter top and regular swim bottoms, not the one piece skirt one.

Now if I just was able to drop the midriff, I might even look good.

 

Sleepless in Las Vegas. Should make the movie.

 

slept noon to 5pm. Went to the Orleans for dinner and danced a little. At one time there were about 8 girls on the floor including yours truly. Band was good but not really my favorite music. Really liked my new skirt and wore it with my blue lacy blouse, and the pantyhose I got and were labeled as stockings.

Cynthia still isn't feeling back to normal. Went to the Dr today to get her blood work.

 

17th Suncoast Prime Rib dinner. Gift shop 2 new butterfly pins. I think butterflies sort of symbolize us tgirls. We broke out of our male image cocoons and are now free.

Watched Countdown the sky is on fire. Pretty good movie.Talkedy to K for an hour.

18th slept from about 7am to 5pm. had to monitor sugar every half hour or so to verify the bottle of insulin I started using a few days was ineffective. It was. New bottle OK dropped sugar 40 points in an hour. Watched Paycheck for both of our 2nd times. But it was a long time ago so the brain wipe made me forget a lot.

Missed dancing because of the insulin tonight. Now 1am and need to go eat. I might get in a little dancing think they stay till 2. Posted picx on Empress Lainie they weren't copied to here.

 

Sat 19th - couldn't sleep till 11:15am. woke at 7:15pm. Ordered a deal from Zaken Corp to broker distressed merchandise for them.
9:30 haven't eaten or dressed. Want to go to the Suncoast, but Cynthia had a migraine today and don't yet know if she feels up to it.

Went out by myself to eat last night about 11:30pm she was too sick with her headache to go, and I had not eaten yet.

Sun slept most of the day.

Mon slept to 5pm went to our tg group and then to the Red Rock for dinner, Bingo, and $2.00 on the slots for poker. Won $50 at Bingo. Full moon always is there when I win, but don't always win on a full moon. Also EVERY time I played for the first time at any casino I ALWAYS win something at Bingo. This was my first time at Red Rock.

Tues slept to 4pm. watched RV with Robin Williams, and now ready to go out and eat my daily meal.
Since it is 1:30 am and the graveyard specials are on, maybe Suncoast or Arizona Charlies.

Tonight wearing my black dress with white flowers and my long blonde wig.

 

Up all night got lots done ;by 10am. Got 4 car registrations and titles changed in name.

Changed a joint bank account I had forgotten about.

Cancelled my Accidental Death and Dismemberment since they reduce coverage but not premiums at 70 and 75. But they owe me for my accidental hospital visit, since I accidentally poisoned myself with normal prescribed aspiring dosage.

Tomorrow at 8am I get my final recheck for a new glasses RX, so maybe I can see again. I can't even see the floor clearly anymore.
I find it difficult to read a magazine lately.
Hope all this is over with.

Thursday Apr 24. Up all night watched Clue a funny movie of murder mystery game.

Now going to my optometrist for my new RX so hopefully I wont be so damned blind.

As I was afraid of: New glasses will not give me satisfactory vision any more. I need a lens replacement.

They now have the Crystal lens that actually refocuses the way your eyes did when you were young near, far, inbetween. BUT it is $2500 per eye. Medicare won't cover it.

The fixed lens which can only be near or far, is covered 100% by medicare.

What another crock of govt shit.

So I have an appt June 4 with the Dr who does it and they said about a week for the surgery after that, one eye at a time, a week or two in between.

Dammit I wish I remember where I hid my gun.

 

Been sleeping too much and bad hours. Took my sister out to dinner on Sun.

 

Got the new book of poems with mine in it, and again I was on the first page. Wow!!!

trip to anaheim later this week.

 

Gee haven't posted in nearly a month on my thread. The naheim trip was nice. We spent a long day at Disneyland. Next day stopped at Barstow on the way back and visited the railroad yards, railroad museum and route 66 museum.

Last week or so felt bad couldn't do anything due to meds side effects. Quit it and nearly OK now, except for my cataract induced near blindness and lingering insomnia.

Trip June 8-12 to Anaheim to see Susan and her family, my ex roomate off and on for 11 years. Fell in love with her in 1984 when I was still married the first time. Havent seen her since 1995 when she went to Alaska married the man of my choice and became a millionaire 2 years later from an inheritance from his mother. Her two kids are 10 & 8, dang it I thought they were 8 and 7.

Let Cynthia do nearly all the driving. I can but at night is too hard to see the dividers across an intersection against the glare of oncoming headlights.

Great show last week on May 25 by Hotel California. Website is hotelcal dot com.
They play only Eagles music. Was really surporised the crowd was so old. I only saw a few girls under 40, otherwise Cynthia and I were the youngest there (I consider myself 42).

Terrible insomnia for the last month due to the meds.

Got a killer long yellow layered skirt yesterday and wore it today. Got the attention of a 20+ guy who was with 2 girls 20+. Heehee, makes me feel good.

Lovin' Spoonful and Diamonds tribute bands are coming to the Suncoast next. Also Debbie (You Light Up My Life) Boone. Anyone remember Lovin' Spoonful, or Debbie?

The only good thing right now is how happy I am with myself and the way I look.
Everything else sucks. My sister can't remember to call me by my new name, or with female pronouns. I jumped her today about it.

Finally got out of the doldrums. Spent Spent Tuesday researching Nevada Revised Statutes. Copied pertinent data. It is ILLEGAL to not allow a person to see their file, and make notations to correct statement in it that are wrong.

So armed with the copies and representing myself as my own attorney, I went to Becker School and privately in her office confronted the local school supervisor. Told her that if she refuses, that she personally can be the target of a suit as well as her supervisor and the school district. Asked her to make copies of the papers, which were arrowed to appropriate lines. Her response was she had to go through her chain of command, so she made calls which were not answered to city hall, but it was after 5 so I wasn't surprised at no answer. I also pointed out that she could be criminally charged.

She then said she would contact them today and call me. If they still refuse, I can file CRIMINAL charges against the City officials whose policy this is, and the individuals who are doing it. "Following orders" is not an excuse, per Nuremburg and the fact that the Nevada constitution outlaws slavery and the City is treating its employees as paid slaves. They have no guaranteed freedom of speech whatsoever. The complaint against me was also actually an infrigement on my freedom of speech. I have also considered just simply seeing if I can get a police officer go with me to make them follow the law.

NEXT on the agenda is the school district doing the same thing and claiming falsely I agreed to waive my right to see my file. At least they admit it was a right.

Went to the eye surgeon and have a prelim appt on July 1. The surgery scheduled on July 8 and 20, with 3 weeks later laser surgery to correct the terrific astigmatism I have.

Until I can see well again and easily read, I am not really trying to do anything about working or getting my new business going.

Mon we will leave early and drive to Anaheim. Playing it by ear for what we do there. Disneyland not an option unless Susan volunteers to pay for it. Gee you would think 11 years of free rent would be worth it.

Tonight I hope to go to the South Point with Kathy and Cynthia, but it depends on if I can ever get to sleep. Friday, Sun Coast and Sat South Point as it is the last night of music there for the summer, what a dumb policy.
So the band is having free food and drinks, so they say.

I got the domain name I asked for first time, it is NELSONLIQUIDATORS.COM and the business is buying merchandise from bankrupts, firms moving, or just old stock. Money up front, will buy entire warehouses. Millions of dollars behind me. It wasn't up yet, and dont know how long it takes.
