    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    He won 7 tours, took and passed every drug test asked of him. Unless they now have absolute proof he was doping, this is very wrong. Wild accusations are not proof.

    He's declined to contest the charges, which means an automatic guilty verdict.

    However, he's only been banned from cycling by the USADA, which doesn't run cycling anyway, so he's NOT banned. Nor have his titles been rescinded, unless and until the Tour de France organisers say that they have.

    I'm guessing because his lawyers told him that to continue would mean perjuring himself, since evidence given to the USADA is under oath.

    I also wonder, now, if his court order preventing the release of doping-test results from 2002 will be rescinded...

    He already did that bit. He's spent a fortune in legal fees trying to force USADA not to investigate, but failed. Now that they are investigating, he's admitted the charges and taken the punishment, which means whatever evidence there was, won't have to be published.

    How so, the French are taking no action as of yet, nor is the UCI this is an action bought by an American organisation (USADA) why they have taken it is difficultto understand, unless they are trying to usurp the UCI.

    He still IS a champion, unless UCI or the Tour de France organisers strip him of his titles. USADA declaring his titles void, is about as important as the Swaziland National Morris Dancing Organisation declaring them void.
