    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    If she found out, then yes, you'd be in trouble.

    That aside, you shouldn't be posting pictures of your ex. You're morally bankrupt to do so. It's a horrendous invasion of her privacy, and a total abuse of her trust.

    Don't do it, unless she asks you to - which it seems she hasn't.

    actually if any of the pictures were taken in an open public place or if any were taken at intotheflats's home, then she waved the right to privacy on those pics. meaning he can legally post them where ever he wishes

    however i do believe you should get the ok from her before you post her pictures

    Personally I wouldn't post the pics, my g/f believes that even from the neck down it is still unacceptable. No matter what evil was perpetuated on you in the past there is still no justification for committing a wrong in return. If you want to post them I won't criticise you (others may though), but as previous posters have said 'would you like her, or anyone else for that matter, to do the same to you? Just think about that before you make a decision

    Legally, probably not, unless you stole the pics from her. He who doesn't want nude pics released, shouldn't allow them to be taken. Ethically it would be wrong. But you may not have ethics so do what you will.

    Thinking legally.....it would all depend who took the pictures and who had copyright on them....so unless she took them herself....you'd be safe on legal grounds.

    It's still a pretty shit thing to do though;

    Why not just burn her house down if you really fancy a bit of trouble with the law?

    I'm wondering if, at the very least, she would have to sign some form of a "model's release" to make it legal?? And I'm guessing she wouldn't sign one! :eek:

    And as everyone else has said, morally, posting nude pics of an ex (or ANYONE for that matter) without her/their permission is a pretty shitty thing to do!! :mad:
