    Typical rear admiral spew.

The public perception of the FBI has always been very positive. Even when the news about J. Edgars ....... unusual .......... private fashion sense came out.

During the whole Clinton e mail thingy, and the revelations about Strozk, his bed mate, intentional leaks from FBI management to the media to harm Trump, and questions about the FISA warrants used to spy on Trump people, to say nothing of Comey's missteps, the FBI reputation took a bit of a beating.

This does not and should not, reflect on the rank and file FBI or the excellent work the FBI continueS to do.

Some members of the FBI politicized the FBI, to the eternal glee of some despicables, and to the shame of the rest of the FBI.

rear admiral butt nugget apparently can't fathom such subtle concepts as the dishonesty of a few does not necessarily reflect on the whole.

    FISA warrants
    Mueller investigation

Oh, and by the way, did you see where DOJ may now have the name of the mysterious shadow figure who really authored the Steele dossier?

Bu I thought you idiots said Mueller exonerated tRump and FISA warrants are issued by an international committee, not the US.

Texas Police Arrest Man Over ‘Imminent Threat’ to Local Walmart

    https://www.thedailybeast.com/texas-police-arrest-man-over-imminent-threat-to-local-walmart?ref=home

And a little more on this guy. What they can possibly charge him with is beyond me. He was not in violation of Missouri law or Walmart policy. And he did not appear to threaten anyone.

An armed man who caused panic at a Walmart in Missouri said it was a 'social experiment,' police say

    https://www.cnn.com/2019/08/10/us/walmart-armed-man-missouri-second-amendment/index.html

So right there is your open carry fallacy. This guy is being charged with a terrorist threat just because he was carrying the weapons of war you Trump supporters claim is his right and must remain legal.

Las Vegas neo-Nazi charged with plot to bomb gay club, synagogue

The FBI arrested and charged an alleged Las Vegas neo-Nazi with plotting to bomb a synagogue and gay club in the city on Thursday.

Pussy Whiteboy, 23, who worked as a security guard, allegedly was found to be in possession of bomb-making materials and was "communicating with individuals who identified with a white supremacist extremist organization using the National Socialist Movement to promote their ideology," according to the FBI.

(MORE: Man arrested after walking into Missouri Walmart armed with a rifle and wearing body armor)

The Las Vegas Joint Terrorism Task Force began investigating Whitboy in April, according to the criminal complaint, after it learned he was communicating with Atomwaffen Division, a white supremacist neo-Nazi group.

"AWD encourages attacks on the federal government, including critical infrastructure, minorities, homosexuals, and Jews," the complaint states. "AWD works to recruit like-minded members to the organization, train them in military tactics, hand to hand combat, bomb making, and other techniques in preparation for an 'ultimate and uncompromising victory' in a race war."

The FBI used a confidential informant to begin discussing weapons and explosives on an encrypted chat app and eventually quoted Whiteboy "regularly us[ing] derogatory racial, anti-Semitic, and homosexual slurs."

He also discussed a plan to burn down a Las Vegas-area synagogue on May 10, the complaint says. Then, 13 days later, the FBI began using their own undercover employee to talk online with Whiteboy, during which he discussed building explosives and being "more interested in action than online s---."

In late June and early July, Whiteboy discussed preparing for an attack and doing surveillance "in great detail" of a bar on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas he claimed "catered to homosexuals."

The complaint also makes mention of Whiteboy's Quora account, a question-and-answer social media site, where he once quoted Adolf Hitler in discussing the "downsides of multiculturalism."

(MORE: Walmart pulling violent displays, but will continue to sell guns despite pressure)

The FBI executed a search warrant at his home on Aug. 8 and found thermite, sulfuric acid, a soldering iron, circuit boards and other bomb-making components, according to the complaint.

He was arrested and admitted to agents he hated "African-Americans, Jews, and Homosexuals" and was planning on building an improvised explosive device.

"Threats of violence motivated by hate and intended to intimidate or coerce our faith-based and LGBTQ communities have no place in this Country," U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada Nicholas A. Trutanich said in a statement. "Law enforcement in Nevada remains determined to use the full weight of our investigative resources to prevent bias-motivated violence before it happens. I commend our partners who identified the threat and took swift and appropriate action to ensure justice and protect the community."

Authorities also found a sketch outlining two "infantry squads" attacking the Fremont Street bar with firearms, the complaint says.

The complaint also makes mention of a 2016 TV interview with Whiteboy, conducted by Las Vegas ABC affiliate KTNV, in which he discusses patrolling his Centennial Hills neighborhood armed with an AR-15 assault rifle, large knife and 30 extra rounds of ammunition.

(MORE: Gunman on the run after 2 killed in Houston highway shooting)

"If there is possibly a very determined enemy, we at least have the means to deal with it," Whiteboy told KTNV three years ago.

Whiteboy later told KTNV he was dropping the one-man patrol before it even became a regular occurrence.

I edited out the pussies name as not to give him any fame for being a fucking useless hate filled idiot.

Florida white supremacist arrested for threatening shooting at Walmart, police say

Terror-related threats spike all across the US

Florida white supremacist arrested for threatening shooting at Walmart, police sayoriginally appeared on abcnews.go.com

A Florida white supremacist has been arrested for threatening a shooting at a Walmart just days after 22 people were killed at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, in one of the worst mass shootings in the country's modern history.

Richard Clayton, 26, was arrested by Florida Department of Law Enforcement authorities on Friday in Winter Park after making an online threat last week, according to police.

(MORE: Las Vegas neo-Nazi charged with plot to bomb gay club, synagogue)

On Aug. 6, Clayton allegedly posted on Facebook, "3 more days of probation left then I get my AR-15 back. Don’t go to Walmart next week."

The threat echoes the shooting allegedly carried out by Patrick Crusius in El Paso on Aug. 3. The suspect entered the Walmart and opened fire with an AR-15 assault rifle. Nearly 50 people were hit by the gunfire before the suspect exited the store and was later arrested a short distance away.

Police said Crusius, a native of Allen, Texas, some 10 hours away, admitted to the crime and said he was trying to kill as many Mexicans as he could. He also posted a "manifesto" online espousing white supremacist and anti-immigrant sentiments.

Florida authorities said Clayton holds some of the same beliefs.

"Clayton appears to believe in the white supremacist ideology and has a history of posting threats on Facebook using fictitious accounts," Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials said.

He was not on probation, despite his threat, Florida officials told The Associated Press.

Clayton was charged with intimidation through a written threat and is being held at Orange County Jail on $15,000 bond.

The arrest was among a number of recent cases of police departments nationwide targeting white supremacist threats.

(MORE: Alleged Dayton gunman Connor Betts showed signs of misogyny, mirroring a grim pattern for shooters)

Conor Climo, a 23-year-old from Las Vegas, was arrested on Thursday for allegedly possessing bomb-making materials and espousing neo-Nazi and white supremacist ideology with an undercover FBI agent online. He was allegedly planning on fire-bombing a synagogue in Las Vegas and hoped to stage a mass shooting at a gay nightclub as well.

A "significant portion," about one-third, of all domestic terrorism cases involve white supremacist ideology, according to the FBI. Director Christopher Wray testified about the issue in a lengthy hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on July 23, but said the bureau's "focus is on the violence."

"We don't investigate ideology, no matter how repugnant," Wray said.

Armed Man Who Sparked Panic In Missouri Walmart Was Conducting 'Social Experiment'

A man who caused panic when he entered a Springfield, Missouri, Walmart wearing a ballistic vest and armed with a loaded rifle said it was a social experiment intended to test his Second Amendment right, according to police.

Dmitriy Andreychenko, 20, was arrested at the store on Thursday and has been charged with making a terrorist threat in the second degree.

“I wanted to know if that Walmart honored the Second Amendment,” he said, according to a probable cause statement from the Springfield Police Department.

Andreychenko told authorities he brought the weapon and the armor to the store after mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, because he wanted to protect himself. He said he did not expect anyone to be startled when he walked in.

“This is Missouri,” he said. “I understand if we were somewhere else like New York or California, people would freak out.”

He was carrying an AR-style rifle and had a handgun attached to his hip, which was also loaded. While in the store, he appeared to be taking a video of himself with his cellphone as he pushed a shopping cart. An employee then pulled the fire alarm to alert customers to leave the building, and an off-duty firefighter took him into custody until police arrived. No shots were fired and no one was injured.

Andreychenko’s sister, Anastasia, told police that before the incident, he called her and asked if she would film him as he entered the store.

“He called it a social experiment on how his Second Amendment right would be respected in a public area,” she said.

Anastasia warned him it was a bad idea and said she wasn’t interested in participating.

In a statement released Friday, Greene County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Patterson said that while Missouri upholds the Second Amendment, “that right does not allow an individual to act in a reckless and criminal manner endangering other citizens.”

“As Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes famously explained, ‘The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theater causing a panic,’” he added.

If convicted, Andreychenko could spend up to four years in prison and face a fine of up to $10,000.

He is currently being held in Greene County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

The August 3 shooting at an El Paso Walmart left 22 people dead, and the Dayton shooting on August 4 killed nine more. Dozens more were injured in both incidents.
