Mythology is the scientific study of mythological creatures. Roman Mythology is one of my favorites but it almost the same as Greek Mythology.

Does anyone know any of the gods or creatures from Mythology?

I'll get you started. Zeus was the king of the gods his brother Hades ran the underworld. Their brother Poseidon is the god of the sea.
Mythology is widespread throughout the world. Egypt, China, Japan, Greece, India, and many other countries.
Please name any creature or god from any of these Mythologies?

That is correct Perseus did kill Medusa. He cut off her head to defeat another monster with it.

In the beginning there was Goddess Sexualia and she was without form or orifice.

Half Brothers, Ares was the son of Hera and Zeus , Perseus was only a demi God, his mother a mortal, Danae who Zeus deceived by appearing to her as a golden shower or somesuch creature and seduced her, her father the King, Acrisius who had been forewarned that a son born of his daughter would kill him had Danae and the child placed in a chest and cast into the sea with the then baby Perseus, she drowned but he survived (as all great demi Gods had a habit of doing) and was raised by a fisherman/peasant and his family, or that's how I remember it..great stories.

The whole Greek Mythology is pretty cool though and considering that we are in Santorini right now, it is all around us but I am more into the architecture like the Parthenon and the Acropolis which we will stop at in Athens next week.
