Only about another month or so and Trump will have been on the job for 100 days.

Over the past 330 days he has been wasting the tax payers money by doing nothing but tweeting nonsense and acting like a 2-year old for approximately 120 full days and on vacation for approximately 130 days.

Gave up his billionaire lifestyle? What a joke. All he DOES is live his billionaire lifestyle and for about ten minutes a day think about being president while he''s eating a quarter pounder with cheese.

I have empirical proof I am not above the law.

So tell that to Trump's legal team. They are the ones saying a president is above the law.

If I were to have sex with a policeman and I was on top reverse cowgirl then figuratively I would be above the law.

Um. No. Trump's legal team is not saying he (or the president) is above the law. They are trying to argue a legal precedent. A misguided one, in Shooter's opinion, but a LEGAL precedent none the less.
Why do you keep trying to deny all things Trump the same legal protections unsupporters shout so loudly about?

A senior Justice Department official was demoted this week amid an ongoing investigation into his contacts with the opposition research firm responsible for the anti-Trump “dossier,” the department confirmed to Fox News.

Until Wednesday morning, Bruce G. Ohr held two titles at DOJ: associate deputy attorney general, a post that placed him four doors down from his boss, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein; and director of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF), a program described by the department as “the centerpiece of the attorney general’s drug strategy.”

Ohr will retain his OCDETF title but has been stripped of his higher post and ousted from his office on the fourth floor of “Main Justice.”

Initially senior department officials could not provide the reason for Ohr’s demotion, but Fox News has learned that evidence collected by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), chaired by Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., indicates that Ohr met during the 2016 campaign with Christopher Steele, the former British spy who authored the “dossier.”

Later, a Justice Department official told Fox News, "It is unusual for anyone to wear two hats as he has done recently. This person is going to go back to a single focus—director of our organized crime and drug enforcement unit. As you know, combatting transnational criminal organizations and drug trafficking is a top priority for the Attorney General."

Additionally, House investigators have determined that Ohr met shortly after the election with Glenn Simpson, the founder of Fusion GPS – the opposition research firm that hired Steele to compile the dossier with funds supplied by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. By that point, according to published reports, the dossier had been in the hands of the FBI, which exists under the aegis of DOJ, for some five months, and the surveillance on Page had been commenced more than two months prior.

It’s undeniable that the U.S. employment situation is strong with the latest monthly jobs report confirming that, once again, the majority of Americans who want to be working are able to find a job.
In November, the U.S. economy added 228,000 jobs, and the unemployment rate held at 4.1%, the lowest rate in nearly 17 years.

While the overall jobs market is healthy, the majority of growth was in professional and business services. An additional 46,000 jobs were added in this sector in November, making the total growth over the past year 548,000 jobs

Supreme Court's ruling on DACA documents a win for Trump administration

In a 5-4 vote Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court granted the Trump administration's request to withhold documents related to its decision to end the Obama-era DACA program.

DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) was launched in 2012 to help immigrants who arrived in the U.S. illegally as children avoid deportation. The Trump administration ended it in September.

The judge had ordered the documents' disclosure as part of a lawsuit in which plaintiffs -- including the University of California, several immigrants and more than a dozen states -- have been seeking to restore DACA.

The Supreme Court denied the judge’s order until the justices take further action. The justices who granted the withholding did not make any additional statement.

With its vote, the court blocked a California judge's order requiring the Trump administration to disclose all emails, letters and other documents it considered as it made its decision to end the program

Maybe all of those California judges that seem bent on destroying the U.S. should be out fighting fires instead of doing their best to destroy the rest of the country.

Head of House intelligence panel finds evidence of abuse in US government surveillance

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., told Fox News on Friday that his investigators have already uncovered evidence of "abuse" in the U.S. government's surveillance practices.

“I believe there's evidence that abuses have occurred," Nunes said in his first interview since the House Ethics Committee dismissed allegations he had wrongly released classified information as part of the panel’s Russia investigation.

"We have had an ongoing investigation into DOJ [Department of Justice] and FBI since mid-summer for both FISA [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court] abuse and other matters that we can't get into too much. But it is very concerning."

Nunes said he will call Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, whose apparent demotion was first reported by Fox's James Rosen, over his contacts with the firm behind the Trump dossier -- to testify. The congressman said he believes the Obama Justice Department – from Attorney General Lynch, to her deputy, Sally Yates, FBI Director Comey as well as FBI agent Peter Strzok who was fired by the Mueller Russia probe over anti-Trump text messages -- may have valuable information.

"It's hard to believe that all of them, there was a very small circle that we’re looking into the Trump dossier overall." Nunes said.

After an eight-month review, the House Ethics Committee cleared Nunes on Thursday of allegations leveled by outside groups. Asked if the ethics complaint was legitimate, Nunes said it was designed to shut down his investigation, which had revealed the unmasking or identification of Trump campaign associates -- by President Obama's appointees -- in foreign intelligence reports.

"No," Nunes said. "The ethics complaint was a joke from the beginning, designed, purely designed to remove me as the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, which they were unable to do. I think, a clear design from the left, working in conjunction with parts of our government to keep information away from me and the House Intelligence Committee."

Here is another sample of what Trump is trying to stop.

An illegal immigrant from Vietnam faces life in prison after being convicted Monday in the 2012 hammer-killing of a family of five after losing money at a casino earlier in the evening.

Binh Thai Luc, who had a violent criminal history and was supposed to be deported in 2006, was found guilty in the murders of a family of Chinese immigrants. He was also found guilty of five counts of attempted robbery and two counts of burglary.

Luc, who was in debt and served an eviction notice, killed the family during a robbery after he lost money at a casino on March 23, 2012.

Prosecutors said the family kept thousands of dollars in cash in the San Francisco home. Luc had more than $6,500 with him during his arrest. The jury was told that Luc settled his debt after the killings.

“This was a very gruesome, brutal murder, and we’re pleased we’re getting some accountability for the family and for the community,” District Attorney George Gascón told The San Francisco Chronicle.

Despite no eyewitness accounts of Luc’s involvement, investigators said one of the family member’s blood was found spattered on Luc’s jeans. Luc’s blood was found on a pack of cigarettes, a receipt and a cabinet drawer, The San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Luc spent a decade in prison for robbery and assault with a deadly weapon for the 1996 armed robbery of a Chinese restaurant. He was ordered to be deported from the U.S. to his native Vietnam after his release, but the Vietnamese government did not provide the proper documents.

U.S. federal immigration authorities released Luc into the community in 2006.

The defense argued that someone else murdered the family, possibly a Chinatown gangster or an ex-boyfriend of one of the victims. Defense attorney Mark Goldrosen said the prosecution did not establish a motive for the crime.

See, the problem with deporting these assholes is that their country has to be willing to accept them. If we paid these countries to incarcerate these assholes for us, they'd be more likely to accept them, and when released, they'd be "home".
In any case, when we decide to deport these assholes, we gotta find a way to keep their home country from fucking up the process. And Shooter is pretty sure 5 Chinese immigrants would agree, if that is, they were still alive.

By signing defense bill, Trump also bans Kaspersky Lab products from US government

President Donald Trump signed into law Tuesday legislation that bans the U.S. government from using products created by Kaspersky Lab, a Russian cybersecurity company, amid suspicions it was vulnerable to Kremlin influence.

The ban, introduced as part of the annual defense spending bill, codifies a directive issued by the Trump administration in September that federal agencies get rid of Kaspersky Lab’s software, hardware and other services within 90 days, Reuters reported.

The ban on Kaspersky Lab products signals growing tensions between Russia and the U.S. and its key allies over fears that the company has ties to Russian intelligence and that its prducts could be used for espionage.

“The case against Kaspersky is well documented and deeply concerning. This law is long overdue,” U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., told Reuters. She called the company’s software a “grave risk’” to U.S. national security.
