Not everyone fits into one of the three major races. Those who do are easy to distinguish and differ significantly in average behavior and ability. As I pointed out earlier, there are Negritos, who look similar to Negroes, but who are more similar in terms of average alleles to Mongoloids. There are also mixed race people.

I am guessing this man is an Arab with a lot of Negro ancestry.

I just did an internet search for that photograph. It turns out I was right. He has dark skin, but Caucasian features, and a beard.

No of course not. However, I do believe that genes have a strong influence on behavior, and that members of some races are more likely to have genes (or alleles, rather) that influence behavior congenial to civilization.

Race can be used to predict behavior. If I am alone in a city after dark and see several young Oriental men walking in my direction I feel safer than if they are young white men.

 

Whatever negative experiences you may or may not have experienced, you need to realize that's the actions of individuals. Not an entire race.

Did you get robbed? Punched? Bullied? Stabbed? Raped? Shot?

My cousins, who lived in NE-DC, went to the parochial Archbishop Carrol High in the 50's/60's.. One made it to and through the Naval Academy (to wind up his military career doing river patrols in Vietnam), the other ended up being a reconnaissance pilot in the AF flying over Eastern USSR-China before being a part of the NSA and calling me just before May Day '70 to warn me about being associated with the protesting groups coming to New Haven; a third went on to Howard Univ on a basketball scholarship since his team which included John Thompson Sr. was the one team that beat the then Lew Alcindor's Powers High School basketball team; the youngest (Class '63) got a football scholarship to a Div. II college in Iowa.

DC-school education has been on the decline from the days of Springarn High. With the layers of bureaucracy that run DC-government, it would be not unreasonable to speculate that the students became subjects for different beta-educational schemes based on flawed presumptions of need.. As in the tenure of Michelle Ree of Korean descent futilely proved.

5) IQ Isn’t Worth Much Without Self-Discipline
Self-discipline beats IQ at predicting who will be successful in life.

From Charles Duhigg’s excellent book The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business:

Dozens of studies show that willpower is the single most important keystone habit for individual success… Students who exerted high levels of willpower were more likely to earn higher grades in their classes and gain admission into more selective schools. They had fewer absences and spent less time watching television and more hours on homework. “Highly self-disciplined adolescents outperformed their more impulsive peers on every academic-performance variable,” the researchers wrote. “Self-discipline predicted academic performance more robustly than did IQ. Self-discipline also predicted which students would improve their grades over the course of the school year, whereas IQ did not.… Self-discipline has a bigger effect on academic performance than does intellectual talent.”

 

Shooter saw an interesting documentary about a Colorado youth prison trying to turn violent youth away from a life of crime.
The program is aimed at juvenile offenders tried, convicted, and sentenced as adults.
These are truly bad people.

It's kind of a boot camp thingy, where they first break down the offenders, then build up their self confidence and sense of right and wrong.
Shooter found this part a bit intriguing; 80% of offenders make it through boot camp, and of that number, 70% will not return to their former lives of violent crime. Of the 20% who fail boot camp, 100% will be arrested for violent crime within 6 months of their release. Of the 30% who pass boot camp but re offend, 50% will be arrested for non violent crimes.

Now here's the thing; Shooter gets the "boot camp" school of thought in corrections and has always thought that it had merit, but he is surprised that the Colorado program can claim such success. It's his opinion that before a juvenile commits a serious enough crime to get them incarcerated as an adult, the "system" can and should be able to identify them and turn them from their destructive course. Once an offender is incarcerated the cost to society jumps to over $65,000 a year per inmate.
Fuck that.
Imagine how much intervention we could do with $65,000 in a single middle or high school?

 

We do not need to spend any money on them at all. Uncle Joe Stalin demonstrated that a prison system can be run at a profit to the state.

If convicts were castrated they would become docile, and easy for the prison guards to handle. Castration would also keep them from spreading their crime genes in the unlikely event that they lived long enough to be released.

 

Public schools in Washington, DC have been in decline since they were integrated. Whites, including white liberals, pulled their children out of the public schools and sent them to private schools with few or no Negroes.

The website unfortunately no longer exists, but I used to post a website that demonstrated that in 2003 Washington DC public schools spent the most per student of any of the 50 states. Test scores were lower than for any of the 50 states. The percentage of blacks in the schools was higher than for any of the 50 states.

During the civil rights movement the mainstream media reported white mobs protesting school integration. The MSM did not report what black majority schools are like, especially for the whites and Asians who attend.
