As has been said, it's POSSIBLE to get pregnant from precum. It's not a guarantee either way, just like it's not a guarantee that she'll get pregnant if you DO cum inside her. But it's still a huge risk. But even if there were no such thing as precum, are you sure that you'd be able to pull out in time? It's not always that easy. Becoming lost in the moment is so easy, and if you want to hang on for just that ONE more thrust... it could be too late. Definitely not a safe method. If you really don't want to use a condom (I can relate buddy, I don't like them at all, they cut down the sensation so much it's hard for me to cum) and if you're both clean of STDs, then try the female condom, or spermicidal 'Today' sponges.
