Just read MintyKisses thread on the forum entitled "Having fun" and really enjoyed it. A very good read. You can rest assured that I will keep an eye out for her name anywhere.

I would say.....

that I was mortified not to be included on the list, but that would be somewhat narcissistic of me.
I'm afraid I am also of the number who have gone to pastures new. The comments on this site can be really damaging, less that constructive and downright discouraging.
Mostly, I write for my own pleasure and of course, for the comments that let me know the story has been enjoyed by someone.
I will occasionally post on here, but the effort just does not seem worth it.

I have to tell you, your stories exibit some of the best quality on the site. They do tend to be a little too dark for me - just a personal choice. Sad to hear that you have lost faith.

Anyone reading this post, I have a very strong recommendation for you all. Read two threads on this forum - "The babysitter came too" and "Without love" by Styxx. My earlier comments about Styxx, as evidenced by these stories, were totally wrong. These stories are, in a word, wonderful. Full of love with just the right amount of sex. Great reads. Try them.

 

And who, pray tell, is this favorite writer you mention? I'll keep an eye out.

I'll second the endoresment of the Von Armand stories. I've been a fan for awhile. The sex with your sister in the Ashley stories isn't my thing (I find the whole idea a bit disturbing) but the writing is so good that I guess I just ignore that part. I'll have to check out some of the other authors listed above...

Checked out his Kate, Kate 2, and Airman Brown stories and I agree with you. Kate I found to be much more likeable than the other two. Airman Brown was really not to my taste. Good stories, good writing, but not to my taste. Thanks for your help in keeping this thread going.
