If I have been bound for a long period of time I have a tendency to have bad cramps and can't move much on my own. I suffered a dislocated shoulder during a suspensuion bondage incident that requires some caution not to re-injure. Some light massaging of the muscles helps get me moving again. One of the guys has an awesome electro unit that can deliver nearly a full body massage. Awesome! I do have some emotional issues, but everyone knows if I do have an episode that they should just leave me alone and don't ask how I am doing. I'm a big girl. I can get over it.
