ok, so ive been wondering, if your a shemale, how do doctors know that when you are born, do they add you as a male because obviously you have a penis, but then as you grow up you get breasts and long hair, ive been wondering this for a while now so if anyone can answer this id appreciate it

Ok seriously one of the most ignorant questions I've ever seen.. you must be about 10... a shemale is born as a male, however they either have surgeries and/or take female hormones to become more feminine. They are mentally like a woman on the inside and most I've talked to wish they were born as a female, and for some it is more work than others to make the outside match the inside

I just met one recently whose gene code is XXXY, and was verified in a lab.
They have one testicle and one ovary, lived male at first, then female for years, and after 65 back to male as they said it was too much trouble to continue female, but really felt more female.

The transexuals not to be confused with the term of transgendered which covers everyone LGBT, are people who know they are really the opposite sex from their body parts. The usage of transgender as defined by the world psychos is a great disservice to both LGB's whose designation is simply sexual preference,and also transexuals who have GID Gender Identity Dysphoria. This terminology has caused complete confusion among the people who are simply straight heterosexuals and some of whom hate us for what we are to the point of murdering us.

It has been proven through autopsies that our brains are typical of one sex while our born bodies are typical of the other sex.

It can cost $20,000 to $70,000 to change a male body with a female brain to be a female body. That is the reason that many of us simply live as non-ops or always pre-ops, even though we would love to have the SRS or GRS surgery.

I have friends who have their SRS scheduled in September and also breast implants. But many of us are able to grow our own with hormones as I have done.

Hormones will not affect the voice to any extent for male to females (mtf's) but testosterone completely changes the female voice to completely male, NOT FAIR. Mtf's have to either train their voice which can be done fairly well or have voice surgery to shorten the vocal chords.

Deidre McCloskey, author of Crossing had to have 4 voice surgeries to complete it. The first or second was botched so the doctor did not charge her for the subsequent ones but the hospital did.

Besides the obvious ignorance of his question he also is apparently unaware of the fact that haircuts, styling, and preferences are the principal reason why men and women have different hair. The OP apparently thinks that men cannot grow long hair or that women can't have short hair.
