Vegas Golden Knights Honor Shooting Victims, 1st Responders in Home Opener
The Vegas Golden Knights used the pregame ceremony at their inaugural home opener Tuesday night to honor the 58 victims of the mass shooting that occurred at a Las Vegas music festival on Oct. 1.

The team relayed video of the ceremony at T-Mobile Arena, which featured first responders escorting players onto the ice:

ESPN.com's Charles Moynihan reported the victims' names were "emblazoned on the ice" before the puck was dropped against the Arizona Coyotes, while his colleague Arash Markazi noted there was a 58-second moment of silence to honor those who lost their lives.

Furthermore, Markazi noted the team opted not to show advertisements on the side boards and instead had those spaces filled by the words "Vegas Strong."

"Needless to say it's not going to be a typical opener," Golden Knights general manager George McPhee said before the game, according to the Las Vegas Sun's Jesse Granger. "We'll save that for Friday. (Tonight) is not about us, it's about honoring and remembering the victims, and supporting the families and recognizing the first responders."

 

A Nevada home the Las Vegas shooter used as a stash house for handguns, shotguns and a “plethora of ammunition” was burglarized last weekend in a stunning security breach, and comes as federal and state authorities say they're still sweeping the scene for clues.



At least one vandal broke in to Stephen Paddock’s Reno-area home through the building's front door, though detectives still were unsure if multiple suspects were involved, Officer Tim Broadway of the Reno Police Department told the Reno Gazette-Journal Tuesday.

Broadway said police were not immediately aware of anything taken or any damage done to the retirement community home. The FBI was notified of the breach.

Las Vegas Security Guard Shot by Vegas Killer is Not Registered as a Security Guard in the State of Nevada?

It’s being reported that the security guard made famous in the Las Vegas shooter story is not even registered as a guard with the State of Nevada. Is he even a guard? Why was he there?

Every security guard in the state of Nevada has to register as an armed or unarmed guard with the state’s Private Investigator’s Licensing Board (PILB). This entity’s records are publicly searchable at: nevadapilb.glsuite.us.

There’s no Jesus Campos licensed with the PILB.



Earlier this week we found out that Campos was shot before the shooter started firing on the crowd below at the music festival in Las Vegas. Before this revelation we were told that the security guard, Jesus Campos, stopped the killer from murdering more people when he approached the killer’s room in Vegas.

Now we find out that the security guard is not even a registered security guard in Nevada!

 

Now they are working on a new timeline for what happened.
Maybe they will come up with something that is not a load of bullshit someday.
Just telling the truth seems to be very hard to do.

 

The corporate owner of the high-rise Las Vegas Strip casino from which a gunman unleashed one of the deadliest mass shootings in modern U.S. history is squeezing a disputed police timeline of the start of the massacre down to seconds.



MGM Resorts International said in a statement Thursday that shots were fired into a music festival crowd “at the same time as, or within 40 seconds after” a security guard first reported by hotel dispatch radio that shots were fired.

The casino company says Las Vegas police accounts saying the casino security guard was wounded at 9:59 p.m. Oct. 1, and that gunfire out the hotel windows began 6 minutes later, are inaccurate.

If the shots were fired at the same time that would mean there was two shooters in the room.

 

MGM can get on top of this story if they will put together some video time stamped and truth about this guy.

Report: FBI Wipes Phones and Laptops of Las Vegas Massacre Eyewitnesses

Workers at the Route 91 festival during which Stephen Paddock unleashed his massacre have reportedly been given back their phones and laptops by the FBI only to discover that all messages and videos from the night of the attack have been wiped clean.

According to a Las Vegas resident who posted a status update on Facebook, “A bunch of people that worked the Route 91 said they got their cell phones back today. They all said that all their phones are completely wiped clean! All messages and info from that weekend are completely gone. Anyone else experience this?”

“A few different people who were vendors there are all saying the same thing,” the woman later comments.

The fact that all the information relating to the massacre has been deleted is sure to prompt further claims of a cover-up.

While some assert that the feds wiping data is a routine part of their investigation procedure, if authorities want to stop the many conspiracy theories circulating about the attack, they’re not doing a very good job of it.

As Ann Coulter notes, the media’s treatment of the story and the constantly changing official narrative is only serving to make people more suspicious.

“I don’t know what happened — and, apparently, neither do the cops — but it’s kind of odd that we keep being told things that aren’t true about the Las Vegas massacre, from the basic timeline to this weird insistence that Paddock made a good living at gambling,” writes Coulter.

She points to many questions that remain unanswered about the attack, including why Paddock checked in to the hotel days earlier than authorities first said he did, why he was wearing gloves if he planned to commit suicide and why Paddock chose to “unload 200 rounds into the hallway at a security guard who was checking on someone else’s room before beginning his massacre.”

 

It is hard to decide if it is a cover up or incompetence.
If it is incompetence they should have found out something concrete by now.
Time lines seem to change from day to day according to who is doing the talking.
The time something does not change and should be one thing they could agree on.
I can't understand why there would be a cover up or what is worth the lose of so many lives to cover it up.

Hotel: Paddock opened fire on crowd within 40 seconds after guard was shot


Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock opened fire on a crowd at a music festival just 40 seconds after shooting a Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino security guard -- not six minutes later, the resort's owner said Thursday, disputing a police timeline.

The new statement from MGM Resorts International contradicts recent comments by authorities who say Paddock shot Jesus Campos through his hotel room door at 9:59 p.m., injuring him, before the gunman opened fire on the crowd six minutes later.

Initially, police said Campos had approached Paddock's room as the October 1 shooting was underway, diverting the gunman's attention. Paddock then shot Campos through the door and quit firing at concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest Festival from his hotel room on the 32nd floor, the timeline said.

But MGM, which also owns the concert venue, said the time the security guard was reported shot is wrong.

"The 9:59 p.m. PDT time was derived from a Mandalay Bay report manually created after the fact without the benefit of information we now have. We are now confident that the time stated in this report is not accurate," MGM said.

"We know that shots were being fired at the festival lot at the same time as, or within 40 seconds after, the time Jesus Campos first reported that shots were fired over the radio," MGM said.
