CNN Host Said the Quiet Part Out Loud About Kamala's Media Strategy

We all know why she was doing it, but now there’s polling showing, as expected, this move by the Kamala Harris camp was an abject disaster. CNN’s Dana Bash on October 7 said the quiet part out loud about the vice president’s recent media schedule: They’re trying to “move the needle.” The Democrats were in desperation mode because, at the time, the internal polling showed a race where Democrats rightly were not confident of victory. It’s why they’re trotting out popular Democrats, like Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, to gin up the base.

And if you’re going to blitz the media, it can’t be with Howard Stern, The View, and other outlets whose hosts are unabashedly pro-Kamala. CNN’s Dana Bash made those remarks about Kamala wanting to move the needle. I’d hope the NBC News poll confirms what many of us already knew about her: she can’t move the needle because she’s grossly unqualified, a political dolt, and uncomfortably awkward in public. In September, NBC had Harris up five over Donald Trump. She’s now tied 48/48 with the former president, and her favorability took a nine-point hit, too.

Meanwhile, Kamala is doing atrociously with black voters, especially black men ages 18-44. Alas, this is why Obama is being deployed to attack black male voters for not being excited about a woman who is near-certifiable and mentally handicapped.

It’s too late to media blitz your way to victory, Kamala. It’s also way too late to shore up your appalling deficits among those in the Obama coalition.

The Collapse of Kamala Harris Couldn't Come at a Better Time

The Kamala collapse is something to behold but also insanely predictable, given the woman's severe limitations as a candidate. She's been widely viewed as awkward and unqualified, but this was the Democrats' better option given the circumstances. That alone shows you the state of the party. Yet, back to Kamala, the latest NBC News poll confirms what we all knew about her, and now voters are starting to accept who this woman really is.

The vice president did a media blitz starting with her shambolic "60 Minutes" interview on CBS, which was busted for editing her answers to make her sound less of a simpleton, along with other interviews with self-professed Kamala supporters. She was on friendly territory for these hits and lost five points. NBC revealed this on Sunday, sending the media into a tailspin.

Additionally, her campaign is engaged in a low-intensity war with the Biden White House, with her staffers accusing Biden officials of sabotaging them. There are also reports of younger and older campaign aides and advisers for the vice president going at each other about Kamala being unable to get ahead of Donald Trump in any meaningful way. This woman raised $1 billion just to be tied with a man that the media claims is the most unpopular person ever to walk the Earth. It's embarrassing.

What also doesn't help is that she also picked the Queen of the Weirdos in Tim Walz, who would've been rejected as a running mate option by any sane person given his baggage—lying about his military rank, deployments to combat zones, Chamber of Commerce awards he never won, and being in China during the Tiananmen Square Massacre. His failure to load a shotgun without looking like a dolt was peak entertainment this weekend. I'd never thought the Democrats would ever trot out someone with a gun and an orange vest in a pathetic and transparent attempt to appeal to male voters. In this demographic, Democrats are dangerously underwater. John Kerry did that in 2004, so look what happened. But the collapse was coming because Kamala was never made of presidential timber. Even Democratic voters made that determination in 2020, with her dropping out before the Iowa Caucuses.

When Donald Trump nuked Joe Biden in the June debate, Democrats were left with no good options. They wanted to dump Joe but couldn’t transfer his sizable, though increasingly dormant, war chest to anyone else. It had to be Kamala, who wasn't ready for primetime. They went ahead with the coup regardless. Losing a close race is a moral victory as opposed to a 1980-style blowout, which was where Biden was heading.

Desperation? Kamala Busted for Lying About Trump Event

On Tuesday, ABC News called out Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign for sharing an edited video of a Trump rally in an attempt to make the former president look bad.

On Monday, the Harris team shared the following video, which shows Trump standing on stage at his Pennsylvania rally, confused, as music plays in the background. The caption said that droves of people “poured” out of the rally early as a result.

This morning, ABC News did a segment debunking a video shared by Harris’ campaign.

Turns out, at the Trump town hall event, there were two medical emergencies in the room. Captured on video, Trump noticed one of the attendees needing medical assistance. He stopped everything and started asking for a doctor.

While this was going on, Trump stopped the event.

Trump then said he’d play one of his favorite songs and “then we’ll go home.” However, as attendees stuck around, Trump continued playing music. Over the next 45 minutes to an hour, attendees filed out.

“As her poll numbers drop, Kamala's lies become even more pathetic,” Trump’s campaign wrote on X.

Here's How You Know Kamala's Fox News Interview Was an Absolute Bloodbath

What a nightmare of an interview! Three things were confirmed during this shambolic sit-down with Fox News’ Bret Baier: Kamala is unqualified, incapable of grasping the issues, and still dances with her 2020 demons. One of the criticisms of Harris during her failed 2020 campaign and vice presidency is that she criticizes staff and often ignores their briefings and memos, which would likely blunt the chances of her coming off as a total ignoramus.

This interview aimed to use one of the nation’s most-watched news networks to attack Donald Trump. She couldn’t do that well. The whole thing was an exercise in how not to answer questions for 30 minutes. Kudos to Baier and Fox News, who asked fair questions and showed them unedited, unlike what CBS News did to their 60 Minutes interview with the vice president.

Kamala was glib on immigration, using taxpayer monies to fund genital mutilation surgeries for transgender illegal aliens, and flopped completely on how she’d be different than Joe Biden.

The last question exposes Harris the most, and it’s on a topic that isn’t contentious: How will she be different from Joe Biden? How can she say ‘turn the page’ when she’s been vice president for over three years and when 79 percent of voters think this administration has placed the nation in the wrong direction?

Her response: “And Donald Trump has been running for office.” You can see how shallow and vapid Kamala is without a script. That’s a problem, especially if this is a Situation Room crisis. There’s no good pivot because she dragged her feet in coming up with one. She also lacks the intelligence to cobble something coherent together. During multiple interviews with friendly hosts, they asked her the same thing, and she floundered. She knows this question is coming and still sets herself on fire.

All she can give is a pathetic, ‘I won’t be like Biden’ assurance, which is as believable as her time working for McDonald’s.

Why did Kamala do this? She must be a major party nominee in the campaign's final weeks. The problem is that she’s abjectly terrible in all phases of a political campaign. We know she’s a prosecutor. It doesn’t do much when you’ve let tens of millions of illegals into the country, lady. Enough with your fetish about the border bill—it wasn’t going to solve the issue in a meaningful way, and your inability to flesh out the details is also damning. Some Republicans co-signed it, so she thinks it’s some life jacket. It’s not. Not when most Hispanics now favor mass deportations because the immigration issue has gone off the rails.

On Iran, a topic highly salient due to a regional war likely to break out between the Islamic Republic and Israel, Harris again offered up word salad or nothing at all to explain how she’d counter this growing threat in the Middle East. It’s not that Baier was tough. He merely asked rudimentary questions based on Harris’ record, and she crumbled.

The scary part is that there will still be enough idiots who vote for her, making election night a taut affair. It’s still a close race, but there are a lot of positive developments for Trump and the Republicans.
