Bambi Larson was murdered in her San Jose home on February 28th by an illegal immigrant, Carlos Carranza felon.

An Oct. 9, 2018 detainer notice from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), shared with Fox News and “The Ingraham Angle” by a source with close ties to the San Jose Police Department, noted that Carranza, 24, was to be deported – but a second document dated the following day was stamped with a notice that the request was “NOT HONORED PER COUNTY POLICY.”

Technicalities can be argued - the local government ignored the request for detainer, but claims it would have cooperated if a Federal Warrant had been issued. I guess that helps them think they;re washing her blood off their hands.

Here's the difference between letting an ILLEGAL immigrant murder our citizens and a mass murderer murder our citizens.

In the case of the ILLEGAL migrant, the tragedy could be prevented by putting American citizen rights before any right the ILLEGAL immigrant might have.

In the case of the mass murderer, the tragedy could be avoided only by violating the rights of American citizens.

Bambi's killer had no right to be here, and if it wasn't for asshole Democrats who only espouse the entire Sanctuary City/Open Borders issue because they want to turn them into a dependent class, just as they have done with most of the Black population for the last 60 years. PHOENIX (AP) — A neo-Nazi was convicted Wednesday of murder and other charges for trying to kill a black man and fatally shooting the man’s white girlfriend after a 2009 dispute at a Phoenix park.

The guilty verdicts mean jurors will decide whether 37-year-old Travis Ricci should face life in prison or the death penalty in the killing of Kelly Ann Jaeger.

Investigators say Ricci yelled racial slurs at Jaeger’s boyfriend, Jeffery Wellmaker, as the couple walked in a park and harassed him about dating a white woman.

They said Ricci left to get a shotgun and returned, firing from a car as the couple stood near a pay phone. Authorities say Ricci intended to shoot Wellmaker but instead struck Jaeger.

Ricci, whose Nazi and white-power tattoos were covered by a dress shirt, reacted to the verdict by momentarily closing his eyes and lowering his head.

In seeking the death penalty, prosecutors have said the killing was meant to further the interests of the Vinlanders Social Club, a neo-Nazi group with a reputation for violence. Lawyers for Ricci have said his client wasn’t a member of the Vinlanders.

Before the penalty phase of the murder trial can begin, Ricci will be tried by the same jury on a charge of misconduct involving weapons.

The attack occurred after Ricci left a friend’s home angry and drunk, making his way into the neighborhood where he eventually noticed Jaeger and Wellmaker, according to a police report.

Prosecutors say a shirtless Ricci directed a racial slur at Wellmaker and yelled, ”‘What are you doing with a white girl?’”

He also told Wellmaker he was going to get ”‘something for him,’” prosecutors have said.

They said Ricci left to get a shotgun from his home, falsely told people there that he saw a black man hitting a white woman and returned to the area in a sedan driven by an associate.

Jaeger and Wellmaker were near a pay phone when the sedan pulled up. Ricci fired two shells, hitting Jaeger in the stomach from about 10 feet (3 meters) away, prosecutors have said.

Ricci’s attorneys have noted Wellmaker was unable to identify Ricci in a photo lineup after the shooting.

While working with a police artist after the shooting, Wellmaker described a unique tattoo across the attacker’s stomach, a judge wrote earlier in the case. Ricci has a large tattoo across his belly.

Defense lawyers have noted that nearly two years after the attack, Wellmaker was jailed in an unrelated case and played chess with Ricci behind bars without recognizing him. Wellmaker has also acknowledged smoking marijuana earlier on the morning of the shooting.

In an unrelated crime months after Jaeger’s shooting death, police say Ricci stabbed two men who tried to stop him from attacking his girlfriend. He is serving a 22-year sentence for assault and weapons misconduct convictions.

Aaron Levi Schmidt, who authorities say was driving the car used in the attack on Jaeger and Wellmaker, has pleaded guilty to murder in Jaeger’s death.

 

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — The family of a woman slain in Kansas by a man who wanted to kill Jews has settled a lawsuit with Walmart over the sale of a shotgun used in the shooting.

Terri LaManno was killed in 2014 outside the Village Shalom care center in Overland Park, Kansas.

The Kansas City Star reports the terms of the settlement announced Tuesday were not disclosed.

LaManno was shot by avowed neo-Nazi F. Glenn Miller Jr.

Miller was a felon who couldn’t legally buy a gun. The lawsuit alleges that someone else bought the weapon for him at a Walmart store in Republic, Missouri.

Miller also killed William Corporon and his grandson, Reat Underwood, outside the Jewish Community Center in Overland Park. Their family settled a similar lawsuit in August 2017.

The murder of another single person is not to be condoned. If there is any way to prevent this it should be done.
If the murderer has already committed a crime then has been released even when another agency has asked for the murderer to be detained is as bad as committing the murder yourself.
I cannot understand anyone thinking a person should be freed for committing a crime and allowed to murder another person.

I chose this because the murderer should not have been in the US, period - The Feds wanted him detained for exportation, but the local government, with their Sanctuary City policy denied the request for detainer, and he beat and butchered this law abiding, beloved woman with a knife in her home leaving the walls in the home she worked so hard for splattered with her blood.

If he had been deported, he wouldn't have been here to eviscerate her. What part of that did you not get?
