I am sick and tired of all the fighting that goes on with the book entitled The Bell Curve by Harvard psychologist Richard J. Herrnstein and political scientist Charles Murray. This has been a long debate on this for a very long time on the forum, since I can remember. It mostly seems like it is DL vs everyone else. So I want this to actually be an intellectual conversation in regards to the findings from this book. If you wish to participate in this debate, please provide proof, not personal opinions. If you decide to flame someone for the proof they provide, them you better have proof to counteract what the person states in their argument. I hope this will be a more educated and intellectual discussion over IQ.

So your refute to The Bell Curve comes from a source that was created by a dad, architect, writer, and entrepreneur. Not only that, but he is a black male. I am curious, do you not think that Mr. Bowen would be prejudicial to the articles that he would post on his website to support his argument?

 

I am busy with finals, but this is a topic that I want to finally kill with proof, instead of flame wars. Now, this does not mean that I will be on here 24/7. But when I can come online and comment on responses on here, I will. Just as I post responses on other threads in which I add proof to arguments.

The Bell Curve explains what all of us know to be true, and practice in out lives, even though some of us may feel virtuous by lying in public.

This has proved to be a highly contentious subject and by reposting it yet again could well be viewed as flaming from the outset just by bringing it up.....again.

 

All black people are not intellectual inferior. All Jews are not geniuses. Nevertheless, the average black person is much less intelligent the the average Jewish person. That is obvious. The reasons for the difference are biological.

Surely social, economical, demographical and hemispherical reasons play a bigger part in any comparison between the races, than just biological...

This is why I created this, because I am not sure how many people have actually read The Bell Curve, and if they know exactly what is in it and what the conclusions are. This was created to make it the final debate on the subject, what will happen is beyond me. But have already seen flaming and not enough proof provided to support claims.

 

You may see it as flaming, but flaming is only if you attack someone without proof. If you read my initial post in this thread, I stated that this would be an intellectual debate using proof to support a person's claim. So this will be less based on personal thoughts, and more based on proof provided.

 

The fact that you were on Stormfront even for two weeks is alarming..If that doesnt set bells ringing I would be astounded..

 

Intellectual debate is only possible between intellectuals and whilst there are some very clever people here I sincerely doubt that you will find a long line of actual intellectuals waiting to join in..What you will get is argument and online fighting like the internet has never seen. Whilst you may not be directly flaming anyone you are fully aware of what is likely to unfold..So ok your'e not flaming but you are lighting the tinder box..
