That sucks. I know the effort required to write a story and to have someone steal and plagarize it - that really sucks. Calling all mods.

 

Thanks to yourneighbour- he summed it up very nicely. I have discussed the nature of his stories elsewhere - indeed I don't like his subject matter, but he obviously has his reasons for writing what he does and plageirism like this is really not accaptable under any circumstances.

 

Plagarism? In this case I hardly think he would like to take credit for the original story.

 

You may not like it, but it is my original work. I dare say you would feel the same about someone cutting and pasting yours, including the original font and size, then doing a hack job on it and reposting it in your story thread. And whether you like it or not, it is still protected by copyright under international treaties, just as much as the latest bestseller.

 

I would like to plug this, I think it is by far the best story I have wrote and it has received very good reviews on another site.

Ok....just finished a psych presentation for school so I decided to drop in and check on my newest stories.....and guess what!!!!

I'm on the front page again!!! Yay! Yes, I know I said I write for myself...and I do...but it really IS nice to see that the story was as fun to read as it was to write. Of course, I've been on and off the front page so many times in the last 2 weeks, I've begun to get seasick....lol.

Anyway, I don't think I'm done with the She Said....He Said story....it just keeps growing in my head, and I feel I may have to write it out to get rid of it....

Yay, so pleased for you! Thanks to one logged in vote I got knocked off within 12 hours and don't think I'll get back before the 30 days is up. anything below 94% doesn't get a look in. Oh well, serves me right for only allowing logged in votes. I am endleslly amused that Sicilian Adventure although riding high on the top rated pages is still below 'Craving for Dog Meat part two'. I wouldn't be so mean as to vote it down as I couldn't bring myself to read it.
